I've only lived here for a month but I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here
Clean and well maintained. The app makes payment easy. I'm a month in and couldn't ask for much more.
The staff has been wonderful. Maintenance, office, etc. have all been polite and attentive. I love the apartment. Unfortunately, the noise level is unbearable. I sleep about three nights a week. Be VERY cautious when renting a unit below someone, you will hear everything.
This company is discriminating against current residents! If you live here over a year and want to renew your lease, then they only offer you 12-month lease with a high rent fee. However, if you are a new applicant, then they offer you a low price for 12-month lease, and even a 15-month option with lower rent! It's totally unfair for current residents! Don't consider this place if you are tired of moving home every year.
Moved into Hunters Pond without an in-person tour and management was very helpful in organising my move in within such a short time frame. So far seems like a lovely place to live! The apartment was clean and the complex is well maintained, scenic and peaceful. I have not experienced any of the noise issues mentioned in the other reviews. The location is very close to supermarkets which is also a plus. And most of all, I love the view from my balcony.
I lived at hunters pond for 2 years. It was mostly fine with the exception of a few run ins with a couple of Karens. Upon moving out, I was hit with over $1100 worth of charges. The property manager Jared, along with assistant manager, Mariah were beyond rude during the whole move out process. They tried to force me into a month-to-month lease for providing a 30-day notice instead of the required 60. When I refused to agree to it, they defaulted to the late-termination fee outlined in the lease, which is significantly less than the month-to-month rate. Mariah was extremely rude and disrespectful to me and my father during the move-out inspection. She charged me to replace the carpet in the entire apartment do to a small amount of damage to the carpet in the bedroom only. I reasonably expected
to be charged for the carpet in the bedroom, but the ENTIRE APARTMENT!? Mariah s bs excuse was that the pile height wouldn t match, so they d have to replace all the carpet. Really?? My dad owns multiple properties and has never heard anything of the such.
Otherwise, the apartment was spotless, probably cleaner than it was when I moved in, since I paid over $100 to have it professionally cleaned. Don t be fooled. Hunters pond is ran by a money hungry corporation. The walls are paper thin. I could literally here my neighbor sneeze. Super cheap carpet and appliances. Definitely not worth the $800+ monthly. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Lived here for 2 years and LOVED it. Staff was amazing, never had a complaint. I was very lucky to have amazing neighbors as well.
I ve never had a worse experience I should ve looked at their feedback before I moved in but I was in Arkansas and had no other choice I lived in 2636 number 12 and I feel sorry for anyone who else does they worked on my roof numerous times and I have pictures I have over 45 pictures of all times of day and night of a knocking them a ceiling I cannot rest I cannot sleep management does not care there s Poopoo they leave all over your door the people that own dogs do not clean up and they do not enforce it it s stinks and it s nasty I left one month before I lasted as long as I could and then get a letter there trying to hit me for a Tonna fees when I left the place of immaculate better than what I got it I would
Never rent an apartment here ,they will charge you an plenty extra charges after you leave the apartment.....they billed me over charged bill that is not a valid charges.....
We have loved our experience here! We found these apartments and a week later we were able to move in. Such an easy transition with the helpful and friendly staff! These apartments are nice and quiet and cheap too! We have a 1 bed 1 bath on the top floor and it's lovely! Has nice storage on the little deck as well!
