Worked with Emmanuel on purchasing a used car. Very professional, accommodating and great attitude. I was not able to switch my insurance over to the vehicle because it was the weekend and I live out of the city he actually delivered it to my house about 2 hours away. The staff there is not your typical pushy salespeople and truly treat you like family. I cannot say more about how they treat you and how clean this dealership is. There are so many places out there trying to persuade you into buying things you do not want and it was a breathe of fresh air to be in a place that is not all about the sales but wants to make you feel good about your purchase and earn your trust. Hands down the best purchasing experience I have had and would highly recommend them on a new or used Mazda as well as anything else they have on their lot. The amount of effort they put into keeping used vehicles looking brand new and running brand new you can t go wrong with these people. Everyone we had interactions with was outstanding and will 100% be a repeat costumer of theirs when that time comes. Top notch job all around, there s a reason why they have good reviews.

Just got a used Mazda 3 - Manual. And I couldn t be more happy. Price was fair and great price negotiations. Very nice stuff. Kristi was great and very helpful. Had an issue with the touch screen, stop by one day and had no problem with the staff, they had a look and updated the system for me and worked like a charm after. Was VERY happy with the purchase and the staff and Sundance Mazda. Highly Recommend!!!

Sundance was great at making the process to buy a used vehicle very easy for me. Isa, the car saleswoman who helped me, was especially great at getting me all the information I needed and helping me through the process as it was my first time buying a car through a dealership. They did not hide anything from me and only showed me vehicles with the details I wanted and what was in my price range. She was very kind and always available to answer all my questions. Very happy with our purchase! Our experience with Jordan our salesmen was outstanding! The whole team was great! Every step of the way was a easy and stress free process.

Buying a car from Emmanuel Romero at Sundance Mazda was a fun experience. The service was prompt, professional and quick. He managed to find the perfect SUV trim for us.
Also I would like to mention Tanner Murray did an amazing job explaining the financial side and made sure we have the appropriate warranty package and protection for the car.

The detailing work on the car was great. The black colour on the car was shining .

There is only one flaw in all of this, the signature badge on the car is missing. But I am assured that this will be fixed as soon as possible.

Definitely recommend visiting this location if you are looking for a new ride and FYI the CX-5 2021 signature is a beast.

I bought CX 9 from Sundance Mazda and I am happy with how they treated me from the time I made communication with them. Kyle their internet manager never stopped inquiring from me about my availability to visit them and see the car. For six months he has always been in communication with me.
