I buy one of sunset hills mugs every year at The Connecticut Renaissance Faire. I adore the quality and that they are OVEN SAFE! Stoneware is meant to be tough and theirs is no exception. This year they even had gorgeous teal and purple mugs. Stunning and well made as always :)

Bought a couple nice mugs while in Big Sur used them for over a year wiped some residue from inside with a wet paper towel and the towel was completely red from the inside of the cup hope the paint isn t toxic

I had purchased a couple mugs from the National Parks which are great. Checking out the website, I realized they also do small custom orders. With the help of a few of the excellent people at Sunset I was able to come up with my own artwork and have custom mugs made that turned out incredible, and completed way faster than I ever expected. It was a fun and easy process. Wesley and Liz helped me figure it all out, and get them done exactly how I wanted them. I am in love with the beauty of my new coffee mugs , which are my very first from Sunset Hill Stoneware. I love the glaze, the base is smooth and sturdy. I love my coffee cup that I purchased at the Hocking Hills Coffee Emporium ! Its handcrafted State of Ohio emblem on the cup was beautifully made !! This cup is microwave, oven & dishwasher safe . What more could a coffee lover ask for ?

I just got my tall boy mug, WOW? made to perfection. I'm using currently, I bought this mug specifically for work. Being a 911 Dispatcher, I consume a lot of JOE (coffee for you youngings) Mine has the NINE LINE logo and the only coffee I drink is the #blackriflecoffee. Being a Veteran, I am thankful these mugs are made right here in AMERICA!!! the mug is solid, microwave safe (why would anyone ever need to reheat their coffee, idk) I want to thank Sunset Hill for an amazing end product, God Bless you All & stay safe and well during these difficult times.

We have several mugs from Sunset Hill Stoneware, because we like them so much. Originally found them in a hospital gift shop, and have ordered more online for ourselves and for friends. The stoneware is nice and thick, so hot drinks stay hot. Colors and styles are very attractive. Most importantly, the handles are large enough to get a good grip on the mug. We highly recommend.

Just got my fifth mug today from Tyler Texas state park! Absolutely love these mugs! They re microwave safe and dishwasher safe even with the harsh dishwasher tabs that scratched other glasses. Looking forward to other finding these mugs on our other adventures. Please make dishes!

They were Christmas presents from our daughter who purchased them from Trinity on the Hill UMC in Augusta, Georgia.

Their products are like a piece of history. The quality and craftsmanship are unlike anything out there today. When drinking from one of their mugs you feel the pride that went into making it. I own four and they have become my go to mug for tea, cocoa, beer, water...If it flows it goes into the mug.....I don't drink coffee, that's why it isn't included.

I received a Mystic Monk mug for Christmas and I am thrilled with it. The coloration and glaze is beautiful. The double handle is very unique and the size is great for an oversize cup of tea or coffee. I highly recommend Sunset Hill Stoneware. Can't beat the quality. What to say! I have been going through Sunset Hill mug withdrawl .I bought my 1st mug through dead.net . They make mugs for deadheads! Limited series . I had mine for years . I bought my wife a beautiful cobalt color mug also limited deadhead. I came home 2 months ago and she gave me the bad news . Accidentally she dropped mine in the sink and it broke .
EVERY morning we have our coffee ritual together . Every morning I miss my mug! Sounds a bit extreme but if you own 1 of these mugs you understand . Well shortly after the drop a new commemorative mug was advertised . Gitty up ! It just came in todays mail and all is right again. These mugs feel right when you hold em .They are made by talented artists and made here where we live. Thoughtfully designed...only BE CAREFUL ! They do break . Very tempted to buy a 2nd just in case mug .

Purchased a Peaks of Otter mug at their gift shop on the Blue Ridge Parkway. I like the uniques shape of the mug, the depth of color and size. The blue gray color is a favorite color and it shows up well on the mug. The size holds a good amount of coffee, with an easy grip handle. It's a wonderful memento of my visit at Peaks of Otter Lodge

Love my Dresden Files McAnally's Pub mug! It's so nice to have an awesome fandom mug to bring me joy with my coffee every morning. The mug is large and well crafted, it sits well in your hand and it is not heavy. The glaze and raised emblem are nicely done. Cheers!

I just got home from my trip to Grand Teton National Park, and wanted to use my new mug today. I went to use it, and noticed so.e discoloration on the inside of the mug. There is a discolored solid line and two discolored patches. I first thought it was just dirty inside, but after washing it, I realized the mug was crafted with these defects. I paid a pretty penny for this mug, and am kind of saddened that it looks like it is dirty on the inside.

Very poor quality product and customer service for the price you pay. I would give zero stars if possible. I will be eagerly taking my business elsewhere.

I recently got my first coffee mug from Sunset Hill, and I couldn t be happier with the level of craftsmanship and talent they put in this work of art!

I am shocked that what appeared to be such a great company could be so horrible to their employees! They may have a good product and good for them they do, but they severely need change the communication and treatment of their workers that make it all happen. In business it's extremely rare that you need to abruptly lay off a big percentage of your work force and not have any planning or notice that it will happen. If they truly cared like they portray themselves to be the very least they could do would be to give notice and help the employees move on. The company has a non-compete agreement workers must sign but why not release them if you want to just cut them off without notice? To me it seems they are just capitalists only thinking about their own pockets & getting it filled with $$. No care or thought about the quality people that are making that happen for them or the families and lives they have relying on the income. Disgusted and appalled!

I have 4 mugs. They are top quality very well hand made. The most recent purchase are a set of 9/11 Remembrance Mugs. They are very nice looking and a nice looking and a great tribute to 9/11. I wrote to customer service inquiring about availability of a mug. I received an answer in a short time and a follow up email shortly after. The answer I received were very satisfactory. You will not be disappointed with anything you buy or any dealings you have with them.

Love this mug! This is the first one I purchased, at the Grand Canyon. It has Split Twig on it, which is an ages old symbol for their people and way of life. Tyler The only reason why I gave a four star is because when I brought it home I realized there was a sharp piece where I put my mouth on it the first time, it almost looked like a build up of the material the mug is made out of! Other than that it is perfect!

I have been looking for a decent large-bottomed, small-mouth type mug for a long time. The pot-belly one I purchased at the Glenn H. Curtiss Museum in Hammondsport, NY was perfect! It is a beautiful style and colour and definitely my favourite mug! Can't recommend their products highly enough.
