I've been in several States and this is the best Adult Community I've seen.

It was a drive through. Looking forward to coming back in the spring to do some hiking

Great experience all the way around!! If your in need of realtor, I highly recommend Andrea Nicely, hands down the best there is! Very professional, extremely knowledgeable, always helpful, and found exactly what we wanted! It was very beneficial to actually walk-thru and see all the houses fully furnished! Even gave us some great design ideas that worked great! That helped us on deciding our option!! It was great having a realtor that I was able to trust and who truly cared about taking care of us!!!!!!

Sun river is a good place to live and friendly community. They have alot of extra things to do, come visit and see if we fit your lifestyle

Had a awesome time golfing there, had a local to give us suggestions for our ball placement on front fairways. Will definitely come again. Thanks to the ground keepers, great job!

SunRiver was just what we were looking for! We have lived all over the US and have never found a place quite like this. We not only love the community, we love the people here too! We've made a lot of friends and find ourselves doing things we never thought we would. The community is well maintained and always looks it's best. As a homeowner that's a great benefit.
The golf course has come a long ways and we're proud of what they've done with it. I'm an avid golfer and spend quite a bit of time on the course. I would recommend SunRiver to anyone and often do!

A nice retirement area. We took advantage of an overnight stay + sales. We had time to check out all facilities, we're shown options, but there was no sales push. Great experience.

Best CC&RS community with hundreds of miles. Great community care, amenities, etc. This is the place if you want the community to bond together and retain (grow in value). It is 55+ with exceptions.

Went on a tour, hoping I would like it. High pressure sales, lots of rules and controls, not for me.

Worst Golf experience of my life. Greens were literally unplayable. ALL of the golf bag carriers were unavailable. Everything O.B. was GRAVEL. Tore up my wedge. Would rate a zero.

Living at SunRiver St.George is so much fun, fabulous people, more activities than I could possibly keep up with. I have lived at SunRiver for over 13 years and plan on many more!

I wasn't happy with Sun River at all. It appears to be growing out of its pants. Too many homes for the location. No old growth vegetation was available. My wife and I felt unwelcomed on our visits. There is no close shopping due to being in the outskirts of St. George. This community is not for everyone so make sure you vet your options before purchasing. This is only my opinion because we relocated to Nevada for no state income taxes or food taxation.

I moved to SunRiver St.George from Colorado and it was the best decision I've ever made! Not only is the climate great but the community has exceeded my expectations. I've made many friends at SunRiver and plan on making many more.
