I wasn't happy with Sun River at all. It appears to be growing out of its pants. Too many homes for the location. No old growth vegetation was available. My wife and I felt unwelcomed on our visits. There is no close shopping due to being in the outskirts of St. George. This community is not for everyone so make sure you vet your options before purchasing. This is only my opinion because we relocated to Nevada for no state income taxes or food taxation.
