Hey Mr CEO . Please try to find a husband or at least a boyfriend for one of your phone operators who name is Kristen . She is super rude and has no idea what a good customer service suppose to be. She talks to a customer as he owes her a million dollars.
Just purchased product from different company. Will give another shot in 2-3 weeks . If same story - goodbye BaristaProShop

If you are looking for a responsive employer. Do not waste your time here. I went in for two separate interviews in the month of January and both of which Tony said he would get back to me on Monday. Instead I heard nothing and when I called the front office they said they would pass on information but never did. Each time I was told a follow up time with not one response. A simple no would have been just fine. I went in for my second interview Tony told me he was "clearing out other employees to make more positions". The way it was explained was as if everyone was replaceable. And he gave me an uneasy feeling about even potentially getting a job there. If you are serious about your employer and expect them to even do the bare minimum in the employment process, don't talk to Tony.

They must have a really high turn over rate!!! So if your applying keep looking.. Just keep looking. Nice enough, was thankful it was after reading the reviews. They don't have anything close to good customer service, even when you arrive on time, had to wait for a while. Then the questions have nothing to do with the job.. Thought it was odd. And there's no phone call back a week later... Just a cold phone e mail. Felt like I wish I had not even applied... Total waste of time. And nope I would not have accepted the job if offered,.. And I'm not going to read the excuse when they respond to this...lol. They are not going to be in business very long.. Been there seen it! So price your coffee other places, and don't even apply to work here.. Not worth the low pay, when retail stores pay more.

Former employee of Barista Pro Shop(BPS). I honestly don't have a lot of good things to say about my time there. The owner is a nice guy and I appreciate the opportunity he gave me. However BPS has a lot of issue's to iron out. Speaking from a warehouse perspective, the management is horrible. The manager expects more out of his employees than he does from himself. The manager frequently leaves early, around 2 in the afternoon, and leave his team to struggle to get out on time. The manager avoids all controversy with his employees and instead sends his assistant manager to do all the talking for him when issue's arise in the warehouse, I feel bad for that guy. If you do ever find yourself working at BPS, don't bother putting your two weeks in because they'll just fire you three days later without any notice until you're clocking out for the day.

Manager Tony is extremely unprofessional. Don t bother applying here because you most likely won t get a response from him. No matter whether you were called in for multiple interviews or not- no one will respond and tell you if you can move on and proceed with your job search. I simply cannot believe the level of disorganization within this company. Never again!
