I am a first time home buyer. Let's just say I'll never purchase another home built by Sunrise. As the other customers stated they do not want to come out and fix problems. I've submitted a work order four times, and I'm still waiting. Dianna gets an attitude when you question her as to when repairswillbecompleted. This is definitely a lesson learned. I'll never refer Sunrise Builders. Very disappointed in my first home purchase.

Ms. Tammy was an awesome agent who went beyond the call of duty to help me during my new home journey. She is extremely knowledgeable of the many faucets of real estate. Thank you again for all your help during the home buying process. What stands out to me about Ms. Willams is her honesty and caring nature.

Sunrise builders are the worst. They will keep your Ernest money, even if you use a preferred lender. Their preferred lenders work hand in hand with them so they all will lie and say things that are not accurate. The sales agents on duty at Indian Grove are so UNPROFESSIONAL it makes no sense at all. I WOULD RUN FROM THIS BUILDER AS FAST AS I COULD. DO NOT LOOK BAD.

Tammie was awesome!! I appreciated her from start to finish!! Sunrise has a Gem when it comes to her!! I love my first newly built home!!! If I needed any information Tammie was very prompt when getting back to me!!! She kept me calm through the process, my closing date was pushed back twice, but at the end it made sense!!!!

The Seymour Estates location has been amazing thus far. The seller is always responsive, warm, and professional. I am thus far a very happy consumer!

Stay away from this builder if quality construction is what you want in your new home. We purchased over a year ago and so far we have had busted pipes, the kitchen sink fell out of the countertops, the arches are coming apart, the hardwoods are coming up, the carpet is puckering, the stones on the front porch are coming up, it sounds like I'm in a wind tunnel if the wind is blowing outside, and the list goes on. that's just on the inside. The neighborhood was left in pretty bad shape also, the "common areas are overgrown and trashed, empty lots look abandoned, amenities are half done and trash is everywhere. The manager is always away, and calls are never returned. Promises were made during the building process that turned out to be lies, and for some strange reason they are being really hesitate to turn over the HOA to the community so we can actually start fixing the mess they left behind. I wish someone would have wrote one of these reviews before we purchased because we would have quickly took our money some place else.

Sunrise Builders is not even worthy of one star. Do not, I repeat, do not buy a house from them. They rush through the building process, then after you close and you have issues then they don t want to fix anything. Also, the things that they are responsible for and the warranty book says they are covered, they like to make up their own rules and act like they are not covered or create other fine print. I would never buy a house from this builder again or recommend anyone else buys a house from them. If you have a house that is built by them, be sure to watch the contractors who come in your house to fix things because when they damage other things, everyone likes to act as if they are not responsible and it is all on you. Then the office representative DiAnna is extremely rude and acts as if she has no care in the world and it s because they have their money but you are stuck to deal with all your issues even though you have or had a warranty.

Not worthy of the 1 star. Buyer beware! This builder and its representatives have been extremely misleading and absolutely unprofessional to say the least! Multiple concerns have gone unanswered despite phone calls and emails to Carol since February....literally NOT one time has she called me back. The empty lots within the community (that they are responsible for maintaining....the shoulder portion as the office staff reminds me of weekly when I call) has gone unmaintained almost the entire summer! It's nearly three feet tall.....totally ridiculous!! With so many other developers building on the south side, don't create an unnecessary headache by purchasing from them!

They do not want to honor there warranty I have own this house for 7 months and anything I call about they say I should of call sooner but I have a one year warranty. I was told I can buy what I need at home depot.

Tammie is the best!!! She answers all my questions and treats me like family and I couldn t ask for a better agent!!!

I am currently building my first home, and I have a ton of questions. The sales rep has become someone I often contact. Tammie Williams is very helpful, and knowledgeable. She is always professional, and has been very reliable during my process. There have been some days where I have felt overwhelmed, but she has assured me everything is fine. I appreciate her help, and look forward to our continued partnership during my process.

Let me begin by saying I wish google allowed 0 stars because Sunrise Builders has truly earned every negative review that I have read on Facebook, Google and the BBB website. Customer service, the craftsmanship of the homes they build, and the professionalism of this company is deplorable at best. Tammie Williams is the most unprofessional, cantankerous, deceitful, tactless Sales Representative I have ever met. Please do not be deceived by her initial pleasant demeanor because as soon as the ink dries on your contract, you will see the aggressive, callous person that she truly is. If you are looking to have a quality home built by a company who appreciates their customers, please do your research-there are more reputable builders in the metro Atlanta area.

Words can t express my gratitude and appreciation. Tammie was absolutely wonderful to work with. She made this process as less stressful as possible because we all know that buying a house can be extremely stressful. Tammie went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything that my heart desired and most importantly she made sure that I was happy. I felt very comfortable and I knew that she had my best interest in mind. I stepped out of my comfort zone and put my trust in her hands. To me, loyalty and honestly goes a long way in my book. As an agent I was very impressed with the knowledge about the homes the onsite agent Tammie displayed. She was very helpful and she explained the information to myself and my clients very well. She explained which lots were available and the loan process as well. Tammie personally took me and my clients on a tour of the available lots and explained the many different options available. She also showed us different floor plans and which upgrades were available. My clients were pleased with the price of the home, and the customer service was great. My clients love the area and they are going to pursue purchasing a home from Sunrise builders Seymour Estates.

First and foremost, I would like for the owners of Sunrise Builders to know that your on-site agent, Ms. Tammie Williams of Seymour Estates gave my client and I an amazing experience. Upon our visit, my client had a rough experience with a previous development. From the moment we arrived at the subdivision, Ms. Williams greeted us with a warm welcome and smile. My client knew what she wanted and even though a spec home wasn't available at your subdivision during that time, Ms. Williams kindly took us to your sister property (Lester Pointe), and showed us just what my client was looking for in a home. Due to her professionalism of knowing the product features and taking time to leave her subdivision to accommodate my client, we wrote a contract the same day AND, did I mention this was our first visit With real estate professionals such as Ms. Williams, you have a jewel representing your company. In today's market, you don't see amazing agents that deliver great customer service and awesome follow up to all parties throughout the building process. I will bring more of my clients to your development for this very reason. Ms. Williams should be commended for being such a wonderful agent.

I had been looking for a place to call home and some of them was nice but I just did not feel comfortable and the vibe was off balance. So I came here to sunrise on Mallory park. And when I came in I got a very warm and engeric hello from mrs.Tammie Williams. She made me feel welcome and her personality is so beautiful. I'm glad I choose here .Very beautiful place and I would recommend as #1.

I worked with Tammie W. and Brian B. to purchase a new home for the first time. The experience I had with these agents was absolutely wonderful. From the very beginning, they provided me with information about the available homes in their community and allowed for me to view the homes and spend as much time in them as needed. Other agents I had previously been to tried to hassle me into a commitment before ever seeing a home and/or walked me quickly through a home without allowing me to process what I was seeing. The process has been so smooth with Tammie and Brian and they kept me informed about each step along the way through phone calls, emails, and meetings. They also helped me get through some trouble I was having with the lender and rectified the situation as soon as I brought it to their attention. The builder was also very informative and polite with me and took the time to explain the features and details of the home, as well as the next steps after closing. He took the time to explain the warranty process before I was given the information at closing, which helped to increase my knowledge of the home buying process. I am so happy that I chose Sunrise Builders when purchasing my home because the value of their staff and service has far exceeded the price of the home. Everyone has been so kind and professional with me and for that I am truly grateful. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. I love my new home.

The service you get is terrible. I lived in the house less than 2 years and the house is new but everything is breaking down. The warranty process is by far the worst. I am still waiting to get things fixed from my 11 month inspection and now they are trying to charge because its out of warranty although the issue was brought to their attention before warranty end. I will never do business with such unprofessional that cannot even stand by their craftsmanship or warranty. Do not do business with sunrise builders.

I was in search of a home with a fence was this mine came with it . After several calls and being lied to by the on duty agent they finally showed up . It took them about three weeks to install it cost me $700 in kennel cost . Don t do it.

I had a wonderful experience with Tammy. She is very resourceful. In Addition too, she walked and guided my family through the whole process. I am now a home owner. I was a happy client from day 1. Furthermore, working with a Realtor like Tammy you can reassure you will be living in your dream home in no time! THANKS TAMMY we appreciate you!

Fortunately I was able to get out before being deceived any further by the representative located at the Seymour Estates location. Based on reviews I see that I really was saved by the employee error and God. I had provided a good faith deposit and filled out the application for the property. I was advised everything was good to go. I decided to look at the lot again and upon my return the seller advised I should take a picture with the under contract sign. I found a under construction sign with my lot number. This means seller processed the same lot twice. Meaning the property was already sold and due to not being organized the seller had wasted my time. No apology was given. She advised there was a lot for two thousand more that was available. She also said two thousand would not be a lot of money. Two thousand may not be a lot but because of your error this should be compensated. I was told to look at the lot it was a better location. I did like the lot location but refused to pay the extra two thousand. I was then advised the builder would credit me two thousand but it would not be the lot that was in the better location. I advised if it's not the lot that was in a better location I did not want it. I advised because of the error I no longer have an interest. During the initial signing of the contract I noticed an error. That had me concerned at that point. Also a lot of individuals that are on contract came in inquiring on why their property was not ready and why other properties were going up quicker. I was told that even though the representative made an error there are other buyers so who cares if I go to a different property. I agree that if I do not purchase the property someone else definitely will. It does appear that they are taking anyone in this sub division which based off this observation the value of the property probably will decline and not increase. Unfortunately good customer service is hard to find. There are plenty of properties that are providing more for your money and are more professional. A home is a long term commitment and a rewarding investment. Skip this builder there are better competitors that will value your patronage. Also another customer was in the office when the error was made. They told me due to my incident they had to walk away from their purchase as well. They believed the representative was incompetent and thanked me for letting them see what they would be dealing with if they proceeded with this builder.

Love the house but it wasn t finished on time...many ppl I know that are seasoned with homes have critiqued a lot of things. I do believe they could ve done a much better job on the build all around, though I realize nothing will be perfect. It does appear they slap the houses up one after another. Diana is a nightmare to work with but Darrell was pleasant and the companies they have partnered with to do the home loans are incredible.

The builders favorite lines, 1)blame the problem on you 2)nothing is wrong, within standards or 3)there's nothing else that we can do. They don't want to fix anything. Total of three leaks in less that one year of living in the house. Marlo and the crew.

Had a great experience. Tammie was so helpful from day 1 and follows up with me even after my purchase!!! I am happy with my purchase and I appreciate the help and willingness to assure I was a satisfied customer throughout the entire process.
