As an agent I was very impressed with the knowledge about the homes the onsite agent Tammie displayed. She was very helpful and she explained the information to myself and my clients very well. She explained which lots were available and the loan process as well. Tammie personally took me and my clients on a tour of the available lots and explained the many different options available. She also showed us different floor plans and which upgrades were available. My clients were pleased with the price of the home, and the customer service was great. My clients love the area and they are going to pursue purchasing a home from Sunrise builders Seymour Estates.
