First and foremost, I would like for the owners of Sunrise Builders to know that your on-site agent, Ms. Tammie Williams of Seymour Estates gave my client and I an amazing experience. Upon our visit, my client had a rough experience with a previous development. From the moment we arrived at the subdivision, Ms. Williams greeted us with a warm welcome and smile. My client knew what she wanted and even though a spec home wasn't available at your subdivision during that time, Ms. Williams kindly took us to your sister property (Lester Pointe), and showed us just what my client was looking for in a home. Due to her professionalism of knowing the product features and taking time to leave her subdivision to accommodate my client, we wrote a contract the same day AND, did I mention this was our first visit
With real estate professionals such as Ms. Williams, you have a jewel representing your company. In today's market, you don't see amazing agents that deliver great customer service and awesome follow up to all parties throughout the building process.
