Be careful!!! I had the worst experience here. I contacted directly with the owner of this travelling agency and booked a ticket to Albania. My flight got cancelled and he told me that it would take 1-2 months for a refund. When 2 months and a half passed by I texted him about the refund and he kept ignoring my messages, left them all on read. I sent emails as well but no answer. I asked another friend to contact him and the owner answered my friend's texts, but sill ignored mine. Made it obvious that he did not want to send me a refund. A couple of days went by and he told my friend he would send me a refund on Monday. He did not. So i asked my friend to send him another text, and he finally refunded me. However, he did not send me a full refund. I sent him another email asking for a full refund but he ignored that too. This person is a scammer!! Book your ticket online yourself and save the trouble!
