If you re a contractor, prepare yourself for bureaucracy nightmare. The amount of documents and information you need for their check is more than you need for setting up a company or applying for a mortgage. Also you have to physically go there for identity check, which no other agency requires.

I have known Harps Kals for many years in my capacity as a Limited company director. I have found his industry knowledge and research a breath of fresh air as he shares what he knows and anything he doesn't he is humble enough to learn. I found him to be attentive and going above and beyond to accommodate when recruiting.
Harps provided recruitment for 2 of my Financial hires and managed all end to end.
Overtime we have spoke about GDPR and Analytics and filled knowledge gaps. I will have no hesitation in working with him again.

As a graduate looking for work my experience with this company has been terrible. Their recruiters are deceitful, selfish and rude and their customer service is appalling.

Expect to be lied to for months and be left with a bad taste in your mouth if you dare to waste your time with this company.

One of the most evil companies on earth. The way they conduct interviews is completely unprofessional. Especially given the fact they are a recruitment agency. They live on self-gratification and don't have common values of fairness, tolerance or equality. The office staff were throwing things at each other, giggling and behaving like kids when I visited. Avoid like the plague!

I've worked with both Paul White and Emma Heeley from Experis and they were both great to work with. Paul in particular was very prompt and was able to find me a role that matched my requirements within a short amount of time, even during the pandemic. I had successfully gotten a role through them before so they were my first port of call when I needed a new role. Throughout the recruitment process Paul was communicative and helpful with lots of insights about the companies. I would recommend him anyone who is looking for a personal and prompt service.

They're such trash. Rude, dis-respectful. I've never seen such horrible presentation.

Worked with Paul Francombe on a role. He was super thorough and eventually helped me land the role. Solid negotiation skills and got me exactly what I wanted. Strongly recommended.

You must wait 25 minutes to get a 1 minute service. Not that they are busy. Just can't be bothered with you.

Avoid this agency like plague. Bunch of unprofessional people acting like MI5 or CIA type of security having no respect to what you need. They don't give you what you deserve but will hold your payment for ages with non-sense excuses.
They have their own in-house parliament which makes law and does not go along with any other UK agents. Experis doesn't care once they get you hired and you have to keep them up to date and they will blame you for not telling them. Beware- don't just jump for the job!
I am a contractor- worked with 6 agents before- Experis is the worst one! Its been 2 months and still my payment is not cleared.
