Just bought a CL 290 Highfield from them and the transaction was awesome. Price was great service was great. This transaction could not have gone smoother. Thanks to Brad and Jessica for all of their help. Highly recommend them.

Brad could not have been more insightful and helpful. We just moved our boat to the area and have an inherited dinghy that didn't run and were out of options for getting it fixed as we have no trailer and no way to get it on land. Brad provided three excellent solutions for us (all for the low low price of an email and a phone call - $0.00), and we couldn't be happier to work with Suncoast Inflatable. Thank you Brad!
I have had limited contact or business dealing with suncoast. But I did find them to be honest... with there advice on my inflatable. Later I put a lift on consignment and when it sold a check was in the mail. Capt Alex Perrone
Restored an Avon 310 Rover. Rub rail came off. Suncoast convinced me not to re glue to old one and save a head ache . Purchased new material and glue. Project came out great. They were very helpful .
Highly recommend Sunoast Inflatables. This is the second time we bought from Suncoast and it is always a pleasant experience. Would not go anywhere else!
Run from this place, I had a horrible experience. I am a boat broker, it is my profession. Brad, I believe the owner, did not know my profession. I brought a boat in that needed repair because it had some barnacles between the hull and the tubing. He charged me $80 or so to look at the boat and determine what the cost of the repair would be. When he gave me his opinion it was put in this manner "your boat is garbage" "it sat in the water for years" which by the way it did not. He yelled at me and told me to pick up my boat and he was so rude I was at a loss for words. I was on the other end of the phone with my jaw dropped. If you like abuse, this is your place!! Just to let you know, it took me about 4 hours to clean every barnacle from the boat and tubes. I took it into another dealer in south St Petersburg and he was professional and nice. He repaired the boat with upgraded material and I'm on the water happy as can be. I would never do business with this company or recommend it to my marine customers.
Just bought a new Highfield dingy and couldn't be happier with the entire experience. I went in to look at a boat that was not the right one for me. Brad listened to me and made sure I was in the right one for my needs. I have also used them for repairs and equipment in the past and they have always treated me fairly.
We purchased a 10.6 Highfield tender with a steering console from Brad at Suncoast Inflatables. We had his team install a Garmin GPS as well as running lights. In addition they also applied the name on it for us in Highfield blue letters. The unit was preped and delivered to us in a very timely manner as promised. For 11+ months we thoroughly enjoyed the tender logging almost 800 miles on it during that time. To our complete dismay we discovered that the weld on the console arm had failed. We found this very disheartening. With little hope we contacted Brad to see what could be done. We were currently in route south along the east coast heading for the Bahamas. Brad first cautioned us that this may not be covered by Highfield but asked us to send him pictures detailing the failure. After receiving the pictures Brad again cautioned us that it may not be covered but that he would contact Highfield USA to see what if anything could be done. Three days later Brad reached out to me inquiring details on our current location. We advised him that the next large city we would encounter would be Annapolis Maryland. The next day he informed us that he and The Highfield representative had worked out a plan to have the local dealer in Annapolis work with us. Dave the service manager met us at a ramp close to out boat and pulled the boat out at 3:30 in the afternoon on Thursday. To our delight The Annapolis dealer had the console replaced and returned to us in the water on Monday. Just like new. In summary Brad went way out of his way to interface with Highfield on our behalf. Our next tender will certainly come from Suncoast Inflatables, and likely be a Highfield after our experience thus far. Douglas Berry Member: BVYC AYC/ILYA OPCYC
Top quality job! Installed a YRM davit, chocks and a Capelli 340LE on the front deck of my Silverton. Had a few snags, not their fault. They worked it all out. No issues.
Our experience recently purchasing a new AB Mares VSX10 inflatable couldn't have been better. We spoke with Brad, the owner of the business several times, just considering a new dinghy and never once got the "hard sell", but just discussed our options. Once we narrowed down our choices, based on the capability of a custom davit we already have on our boat, we choose the dinghy best suited for us. When we visited the store, Brad had some very good ideas about some options available to us that we hadn't even considered, and didn't increase the cost much. Our decision to buy was right after the Ft. Lauderdale Boat show and Brad was very fair in his pricing. We believe he really took care of us in that regard. We visited the shop twice once the dinghy started getting rigged. I like to make sure that things go the way that I anticipate, and it was comforting to find out that Brad and his crew possess a great attention to detail. Our boat was delivered on the day as promised to us. Yes, there was a couple of minor hiccups, but they were easily rectified in a matter of minutes. All of our paperwork was delivered to us in order, and Jessica, in the office was very helpful and professional. As far as the dinghy goes, we are very happy with it and our choice in the model was a perfect fit for us. We could not be happier with our experience with this business and the staff there, as well as the owner. It's nice to know we'll have people to depend upon if we have any problems with our dinghy or the motor in the future.
Suncoast inflatables is by far the worst company I have every had to deal with. Shady, unprofessional and rude. Where should I start? We bought a 2011 zodiac inflatable dinghy for a bit over $3000. After agreeing on buying it the owner brad Wilson dropped off the dinghy and we paid him for the dinghy and the delivery fee. He hands me a sales receipt and says here ya go. I asked him where the tittle was and the pump and he said "I didn't think you were buying it today"...really? So he said he was going to send the title and the pump through the mail. We go to take the boat out to our sailboat and the motor dies gas smells like turpentine and the gas lines are falling apart in my hands as I'm trying to figure out what is going on. It is bad gas and a deteriorating gas tank and lines. I call him he says he is not replacing them. We go to pull the boat up on the davits and notice that the pull ring is pulling out of the cracked fiberglass and is pulling apart the spider cracks in the floor.
do not deal with this company save yourself a lot of money and torment and go to someone else.
The Suncoast Inflatables' crew made this dinghy purchase a great experience. Brad (owner), Jessica (operations planner) and Steve (installer) were each knowledgeable and very easy to work with. The installation of chocks and tie-downs on our boat was an expert job. We've been out on the water and the dinghy and the Yamaha outboard have met/exceeded all expectations...we're havin' fun! What's more to ask....?
Very nice people and great showroom. They carry and service a wide variety of dinghies. They have something for everyone's needs. We love our new Achilles dinghy and Yamaha motor.
We first encountered Suncoast Inflatables at the Ft. Lauderdale Boat Show where we were on a mission to find the perfect dinghy for the back of our Tiara. After going to every booth, we ended up purchasing a Capelli from Brad, who was professional, knowledgeable, and communicated with us promptly throughout the purchase, including shipping from Florida to Michigan. Suncoast and Brad are top notch in every way!
We were referred to Suncoast by a friend. We were were in the market to replace our hard tender with a Highfield. We walked in and knew to talk to Jessica and or Brad. They both were very helpful and Brad spent plenty of time going over the different models. We decided on the CL360, settled on price, completed paperwork in a short amount of time. Since we were on the hook and without transportation, Brad even drove us back to the dinghy dock at Gulfport. Once it arrives from Miami Brad said he would get it ready and deliver to us. Great experience and service.
You get to work with the owner Brad Wilson and you won t find a more helpful, knowledgeable person in the industry. He s helped me with my last two tenders and I won t shop anywhere else
Suncoast is a very professional, knowledgeable and quality business. I can t say enough good things about Jessica, Steve and the entire Team at Suncoast. They do great work and stand by their work to make everything is right when there are problems. They repaired our 70s vintage Achilles inflatable and got it back working as good as new. I always bring our inflatable to them for general maintenance and repair. When it comes time to buy new, it will be through Suncoast!
We recently purchased a Highfield 310 Classic with a Console from Brad at Suncoast Inflatable. The price was fair, and they were able to build and deliver our new boat to us in two days. They also took our old inflatable on consignment when they delivered the new boat. Not sure we could ask for anything better! Jessica was great to work with and was very helpful. I highly recommended them!
Fantastic, knowledgeable service. I requested an inflatable via a web inquiry, and Brad the owner very promptly responded. A few clarifying emails and a phone call later the transaction was complete. Of note, he advised against trying to ship over the thanksgiving weekend, as that would increase the possibility of the package getting heatstroke, so to speak. I look forward to the arrival of our new Gizmo!
I don t normally write reviews, but I have to disagree with the other reviewers.
I went to the St. Pete boat show where I meet Brian. We agreed on a price and I went home to think about it. A few days passed and I forgot to call him back. About two weeks after the boat show, we stopped by and talked to Brian again and after about 20 minutes of explaining in detail all the different choices we opted for a ul310 and a 15hp outboard. Brian threw in a larger tank and a cover.
