Our experience recently purchasing a new AB Mares VSX10 inflatable couldn't have been better.
We spoke with Brad, the owner of the business several times, just considering a new dinghy and never once got the "hard sell", but just discussed our options.
Once we narrowed down our choices, based on the capability of a custom davit we already have on our boat, we choose the dinghy best suited for us. When we visited the store, Brad had some very good ideas about some options available to us that we hadn't even considered, and didn't increase the cost much.
Our decision to buy was right after the Ft. Lauderdale Boat show and Brad was very fair in his pricing. We believe he really took care of us in that regard.
We visited the shop twice once the dinghy started getting rigged. I like to make sure that things go the way that I anticipate, and it was comforting to find out that Brad and his crew possess a great attention to detail.
Our boat was delivered on the day as promised to us. Yes, there was a couple of minor hiccups, but they were easily rectified in a matter of minutes.
All of our paperwork was delivered to us in order, and Jessica, in the office was very helpful and professional.
As far as the dinghy goes, we are very happy with it and our choice in the model was a perfect fit for us.
We could not be happier with our experience with this business and the staff there, as well as the owner.
It's nice to know we'll have people to depend upon if we have any problems with our dinghy or the motor in the future.
