I have come to this restaurant since I was really young and have always had a great time. It's a cozy atmosphere both inside and outside in the summer. Delicious food and very good service have always kept Centro in our minds when thinking of a place for dinner.

I've been eating here for more than 25-30 years now. The food is always good and occasionally if something isn't 100% to your liking they will correct it without a hassle

We use Centro when we are going to have a substantial family gathering. We purchase pasta made at Centro, along with some of their sauces and condiments. We have done this many times, and have always been happy that they offer this service. The food is excellent and the attention given to our demands is beyond reproach. Oh. Should you wish to eat at Centro, do so, as the food and service are uniformly excellent.
Great sit down spot with indoor and outdoor seating! Staff is super friendly! Plenty on the menu and everything is delicious!
Atrocious. My girlfriend and I went for lunch today, while there were only a few customers in the dining room. Our waiter was friendly while taking our order but never spoke to us again after bringing out our food. Both pastas we had were unbelievably bland, the pizza was mediocre and had a slightly strange and tangy taste. The decor of this place is brutally out-of date and mismatched, the front of house staff was mostly absent - had to wait 15-18mins to find someone to bring us our bill, the food was bad, and nobody even asked us how it was after bringing it out. Extra parmesan not grated fresh at the table, but placed in flimsy plastic containers for us to use. Fairfield deserves better and I hope Centro finds a chef who cares.
I m really upset with the service one of the waitress s provide for us last night. Me and a few friends went for dinner last night we only had dessert and a few drinks. We weren t even there for 10 mins. Right away she gave us the check. We usually leave a tip right before we leave ( we leave it on the table ) . She went to complain to another worker saying that maybe we shouldn t go there again if we weren t going to tip. We were going to leave a tip as soon as we left. She walked away right when my friend was trying to tell her order. She didn t even come to the talk to check us after that.
Go-to spot in Fairfield. I don't think they have a single bad item on the menu. Personal favorite is the Lemon Chicken for food, and the Aperol Spritz to drink.
This place is amazing. The food is updated italian without being snooty, you can find great fish and the fresh pasta is a must. It is also very kid friendly and family friendly. My family also loves the Centro2Go - which is a system they have to give you fresh pasta, sauce, bread, salad and you can get it for 2 people or 4 people. You cook it at home but then you have to do your own dishes ;-).
Phone order service is very poor ..The one who is incharge over there is always drop the call
Been going here forever and almost always a good meal. I would avoid the scallop with asparagus risotto unless you like your scallops coated/fried. Gumbo risotto was delicious. Service is always good as well.
