I don't like it. I think it should move to Queens way marina.

Good Hotel with view to the Airport of Gibraltar. Funny but not really disturbing because the windows are excellent.

The staff is friendly and professional and help in any case.

Great hotel in brilliant position. Staff super. Good food and rooms good. We did have quite a bit of noise throughout the night.

A great hotel in Gibraltar. The cruise ship concept is unique and carefully followed throughout the hotel. Rooms are large. Hospitality staff are well trained and friendly. Breakfast was included in our room rate. Breakfast is a buffet with lots to choose from. The pool is very small. Really just a plunge pool. We ate at the La Sala Restaurant. It was excellent.

I think it's great that they recycle a cruise ship not fit to sail.

This is a boat hotel, but it almost makes you feel like you are at sea, very stable!
The sea view is really beautiful and comfortable, and the toiletries are very much and clean. It is worth a good trip to the hotel!

Thank you for making this one of the BEST Valentines Day and Anniversary experiences ever. I especially want to say thanks to Arnold - He deserves a promotion and a raise-lol - for his outstanding service, consideration and care for every detail of our experience. Gary "the Magnificent" arranged for Arnold to take us for the day in the Hotels' Mercedes to Seville, Spain. Every detail was cared for from the moment we entered the car. A bottle of Champagne greeted us. Arnold provided us with delightful conversation and his professionalism was unparalleled. We visited the Royal Palace, Stood in the footsteps of Magellan, Cristopher Columbus, and the Moorish Sultans. We enjoyed shopping in the beautiful Streets of Seville, and were amazed by having a complete and authentic Spanish experience from the amazing Tapas... to Flamenco Dancers.

As with any trip we had our ideas of where we wanted to go, but the Sunborn Staff... and one amazing young lady at the desk went out of their way to provide us a 2 week Vacation in 4-5 short days of our stay. We experienced it all. Details and suggestions for everyday were hand typed with pictures and more. (yes we paid a little more for that concierge level of service) But I would pay triple if everyone was as great as they were.

I have never said I LOVE YOU to and organization, But I do. I LOVE THE SUNBORN and their staff. I almost passed a tear when we left. I look forward to returning. I feel like I have some new family members there and I need to check in on them from time to time.

SUNBORN GIBRALTAR - A truly magnificent organization, that provided us a Magical experience at the gateway of the Mediterranean.

I can't praise this place enough, and the location (Gibraltar), I'd so beautiful. Visit here if you get the chance

Nice place to stay in a city that doesn't have bad locations. don't expect much from the casino, or the pool thought... it is a ship, after all.

Excellent boat hotel, it is very similar to a 5 star cruise, only the rooms are more spacious. International food with prestigious chefs. Pool, wi fi, is very well attended and there is a lot of privacy, has a casino. An experience that we loved. Leaving the hotel you can go to the center of Gibraltar, a very beautiful old English city, full of bars. Climbing the Rock there is a very attractive reserve of monkeys in a jungle space and a military museum that is imperidble.

This hotel maybe looking nice from outside. But I didn t like it. We was there for one night the room was ok but very noisy because there was a party downstairs so we had to change the room. Breakfast is ok. The room price is very high.

A fantastic hotel- easy walking distance to airport and the shops.
The room automation is brilliant.
Tell views over the runway and merina are ace.

It is quite nice, but expensive. Dwarfs the marina. Too close to the active runway for my liking. Worth of visit.

Very luxurious place, very attentive staff and I have taken an excellent coffee in the room.

Hotel on smallish ex liner. Expensive. They couldn't make cocktails in Aqua bar if they tried. Useless. Casino closed. That's no good.

Vibrant city destination. Predominantly British. But with a European backdrop that fits in well.

Great place to stay. The rooms are nice. Had issues with air conditioning upon arrival which too a little while sorting. The staff a friendly. On check-out my room has extra bill which didn't make sense as I had been paying all along. The staff and checkout made me wait, but eventually removed the balance. Little annoyed about the matter.

Great hotel, who knew a ship could be so comfy? What a great experience with amazing views. The staff was excellent whether it was in the lobby or dining in the restaurant. Friendly service was a constant. Upgrade to a premier room if given the chance. This option really made the stay shine. We visited the casino, walked around ocean village and had dinner in the hotel. This was our favorite thing about Gibraltar.

We we're lucky enough to stay here 3 nights in November. It's nice. Really nice. But if you read on and take a look at the photos there were a few little bits that let it down. However from a welcoming drink to a few free pounds to spend in their casino it is definitely a 4 out of 5. We stayed in a deluxe room facing the land casino, it had a nice little balcony and big sliding doors. It was quite plush but with a little wear showing. The bathroom was marble but could have really done with a deep clean, see the photos, mould had started to set in and the sealant was coming away. By the third night when we took a shower it was flooding the whole bathroom. The bathroom does come with Molton Brown toiletries and a few other useful bits like shower caps. The bedroom itself has laminate flooring and a big king bed. All the lights and closing and opening the curtains are done with a control panel. It was a nice touch but we found that the lights would flick on and off about once an hour all through the night. The room attendants always did a great job however even after hanging our towels on the towel hooks in the bathroom we would always get fresh towels and a note that was usually in the bathroom rather passive aggressively on our pillows when we got in telling us to reuse our towels to save the environment. I'm not sure where else to leave them to signal that we are cool to reuse. Breakfast was good, there was a large selection and long breakfast hours, the forks are too tiny and they need to knock together and glue their chair legs so they don't come apart as a few of them are getting a bit wobbly. There is a well equiped fitness room and separate male and female sauna. Overall it was a positive experience and I would visit again

The sunborn hotel made the whole Gibraltar experience very special. We love it so much we intend to go back sooner rather than later.

Must spoil views for folk who have apartments there.

Excellent hotel to stay at and such a great idea. If you like watching the planes coming and going stay on the runway side. Don't worry about being kept awake at night as latest plane usually about 11pm

Luxury epitomised in this dry dock cruise ship moored by the main bay in Gibraltar. Something of an exclusive location close to a range of casinos and the town centre itself. If you're used to the high life you might not consider this place extravagant but for the part time high roller this is certainly worth a visit. Caters for exhibitions, events and conferences as well with ample room for hundreds of guests.

Very good customer service and wide choice of food in the buffet menu for breakfast.

The most beautiful place to wake up in, the staff are like friends, nothing is too much for them. I would recommend anybody to come here and not be happy with life!

Loved it. Stunning views, the food were a little expensive though but the overall experience made it very much worth the money. Staff's were polite too.

Stayed for 3 night in Jan ..... Wasn't keen on the glass doors in the bathroom but apart from this loved every minuit..... Room 615 lovely view of the runway .... Lovely little balcony... . The pillows were like marshmallows . Shame I couldn't fit one in my case .!! .. Loved the mood lighting .. ... Loved the bar upstairs .... Fab singers then a dj til 2am.. . . Canny wait to come and stay again.... The staff were all lovely..... Quite late making up room but this wasn't realy a problem ......

The hotel is very modern and glitzy, clean and tidy. The rooms are modern and we'll appointed but the window didn't open in the one we were in and the telephone console wasn't working properly for most of the time we were there. The lights More

It's a beautiful environment and a very curious boat ...

Has a shop and you can buy what you need here handy when you run.out of milk or tea bags a proper corner shop , and it sells petrol , has an air line very handy .

Ark Hotel, the surrounding landscape is beautiful, there are many Bars on the first floor, which is convenient for the night more beautiful!

Probably the best place to stay in Gibraltar, not the cheapest but value for money considering the surroundings, the standards and service.

If staying towards the weekend, the sea view side is the best, away from the noise of the local bars.

Breakfast is amazing, so it's worth buying it as a package on your stay.

Poolbar is lovely with attentive wait staff and a nice Ambiente
