I am a recently single mom with three kids living on a budget. A year ago a little birdy told me I should stop wasting my money on a rental house and buy my own house. I was certain that could never happen. Then a dear friend, who happens to also be a Realtor gave me the contact info for Sun American Mortgage. I did not call for several months, still convinced I could not buy a house. One day in early March I pulled up my big girl panties and made the call to Rachelle. That day will be remembered for the rest of my life. I was pre-approved! Now it has been a long few weeks, as I travel this path to my new home. My loan has not even closed yet, BUT WOW, all of the people at Sun American are amazing, patient, caring and have given me their best. The personal service has been incredible. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart!

Amazing experience! I m a single mom with a single income and Sun American helped me make it happen! Being a first time buyer I went into this nervous and not very optimistic. However, Sun America got with me right away and made me feel like I was their only client- they contacted me of any change or important information they needed from me and never left me guessing or wondering. We were a hard case credit wise. We literally hit a brick wall like 4 times and could have lost this home. Will is amazing !!!! Sun American Mortgage in St. George is a great company to work with if you need a mortgage. I am a licensed Realtor and could work with many different lenders. I would with Becky and Brandon and their team because they get the job done and I don't have to worry about the details. Angel has been great keeping me in the loop and making sure that we had all of the documentation we needed to close the loan. They are great communicators and that is a huge deal when your dealing with mortgages. They also have the ability to do almost everything electronically which saves a ton of time and energy. They did a great job for me personally on my home loan. I would recommend them if you are in need of a mortgage.
