Craig Schnyder was wonderful! The refinance process was very easy. We told him exactly what we wanted and he listen to us and did not try to guide us in another direction like another mortgage company tried doing before finding Craig. We would recommend him to anyone. It was a very smooth process and he updated us throughout.
