Marc Trejo with Sun American Mortgage is hands down the best loan officer I have ever worked with. My former career was in the mortgage industry and in all of those years I never witnessed a loan officer as kind, knowledgeable, and communicative as Marc. Not to mention in my own home purchases and refinances through the years. I was thoroughly impressed with the complete loan process. You can tell great lengths went into making what could be a stressful transaction as easy as absolutely possible on the customer. Everything is so streamlined. The rate was extremely competitive and the fees were also very fair. His processor and coordinator were great as well!
