I have been bringing my children here since I first moved back to Chicopee in 2005. Even tho there are many places closer to us, I prefer taking the extra time to get to the best Pediatric facility I have ever seen. I am a floating phlebotomist so I've been to many places over the years and still Sumner Pediatrics is hands down the best. They not only make you feel as tho they care about your childs health, but they actually DO care. There has been more than occasion when my son was sick and Dr. Sickle herself called my home at 7:00-8:00 at night to ask how he was feeling and if we are doing ok with having a sick child. Who does that in this day and age?? I asked everyone I know if their kids doc has done things like that and the unanimous answer was "NO!" They also have walk in "sick" hours every day including Saturday. They have a "late" day each week so parents don't need to take time off from work for regular appointments. They make it a priority to get to know people by names and they are never rude. Every receptionist it seems lately has attitude, not at Sumner Pediatrics tho! If you are looking for a Pediatric facility that will exceed all expectations, definitely try this place. You will NOT be disappointed that you did!
Very inappropriate and very unprofessional. Any POC should not visit this practice they always have a tendency to make false reports or threat to file a report with the department of children and families for reasons that not reportable.
Best Pediatric Office around my children have been going there since Dr Sickel opened this Office in the 1990 s. Would NOT go anywhere else.
