I have been so happy with the care and service provided by Dr. Kennedy and Summit Vision Care. I've been a patient for over twenty years and his service is excellent. Summit Vision Care provided not only excellent care, but excellent service. As a small business owner myself, I always seek other business that strive to put the customer first, show excellent communication, and provide the best product/service available. Summit Vision did all of those things. They have great staff, a variety of frame options, and expertise with contact lenses. I would recommend them to all my friends and family!

I needed special glasses to see my music while playing my trombone. Dr. Kennedy got the prescription just right!

The whole experience was very positive and easy. From beginning to end they took good care of me. They have some nice technology to make things easier (yay not having to have your eyes dilated!). The doctor was professional and easy to talk to. Tim was excellent at helping my husband and I pick glasses. He explained our insurance and the best options for us very well. He obviously cares and enjoys what he does. Highly recommend!

Dr Kennedy has been my eye doctor for more than 20 years all the way back to when his offices were in Boulder. I now follow him to Erie because I feel I get the best professional care. He and his staff provide the most thorough exam with kind, personal service. Highly recommend.

I hate leaving bad reviews but I wouldn t come here unless you re paying cash. My husband made an appointment well in advance, gave his insurance information days before, we checked on our side to make sure this doctor was covered with our insurance (Cigna) and they were. When he got there they would not see him, said they don t take our insurance, and did not take the time to even call to check on the discrepancy. It is unacceptable to me when health care professionals don t respect your time like this.

Been going to Dr. Kennedy since they opened and have loved it. Very professional, state of the art testing equipment and a great welcoming staff. Will be a patient for years to come! Emergencies and standard care...it's all been outstanding. I can't recommend enough.

They always accommodate my request for an appointment when I have call with eye problems. The staff is friendly and professional. Dr Kennedy is through and explains what is going on. If necessary, he will provide a regimen to ease the condition.

Dr. Kennedy uses the latest technology for his eye exams (he has a "camera" to see and photograph the back of my eyes instead of dilating them, which also provides a visual record to compare year to year changes). He and his staff are very friendly and I really appreciate the fact that they are open late/early on various weekdays and even on Sat. morning.

Friendly and efficient staff. Only a short wait. Dr. Kennedy was patient, thorough, and informative; and also practical with his recommendations and advice.

Dr. Kennedy squeezed me in for an emergency, a week ago, he called me the next morning to see how my eye was, and then scheduled a follow up visit that worked with my schedule. He took the time to explain what he was seeing, and what a "normal" eye would look like. His bedside manner is amazing!

I absolutely love summit vision care, upon finding them I knew it was the place for me. I was not yet a patient at the time & they made a last minute appointment to see me that evening for an eye infection. Once I finally made an appointment the gals at the front desk were helpful and willing to answer a slew of questions I had for the . Which they had all the answers to! The pre exam in the doctor's visit was both thorough and involved I was asked questions on the present and the past. Things were explained on a level which I could understand, without needing a dictionary! Larry the optician is excellent. He is both detail oriented and professional. He is very experienced in what he is doing & it shows, he spent well over 20 minutes adjusting and re-adjusting my glasses to make sure they fit perfectly, having OCD can make this a difficult task and he handled it with patience and grace.

I recently moved to Erie and wanted to find an eye doctor nearby. I am very pleased that I found Summit Vision Care. From my initial call to set-up an appointment to my eye exam, I was blown away by the professionalism and knowledge of Dr. Kennedy and his staff. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

My family has been going to Dr. Kennedy for at least 7 years. He is an excellent, caring doctor who listens to his patients and conducts thorough exams. His staff is very friendly and professional. Terrific, fast service and friendly people. They've made me 4 pairs of glasses; all comfortable, and, the bifocals worked!

My kids and I have been going to Dr. Kennedy for almost 30 years. He has provided the best vision care to all 4 of us over the years, even when my children were very young. He is knowledgeable, thorough, courteous, and his pricing has always been competitive. We will stick with him for another 30 years, even though it means driving 30 minutes from home to do so. Dr. Kennedy and staff are the best! I started going to Dr. Kennedy for my eye care in the early 2000s and have always been impressed with his skill and professionalism. I saw another eye doc for about 2-3 years recently for convenience (proximity to my home) but I never had the same level of care that Dr. Kennedy provides. I'm back with Dr. Kennedy for good, and trust me, if you have to drive a few extra miles, it is well worth it.

In my 10+ years as a patient I've always had an excellent experience. Dr Kennedy is a great doctor. He is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I've never waited more than 5 minutes at the office. My kids have also been seen and they are great working with kids as well! I would highly recommend Dr. Kennedy!

Great experience with Dr, Kennedy and his staff. Very detailed exam and very nice and welcoming. My 7 year old was very nervous about going to the eye doctor and Dr. Kennedy made him feel at ease. He got a little stuffed animal from their prize box and he was thrilled and still is sleeping with it every night almost week later. Very family friendly!

Summit Vision is the best vision clinic I've ever been to. Dr. Kennedy does an outstanding job of explaining things to me. He gave me the best prescription I've ever had. He's also very personable. Tim did a great job fitting me for glasses, and is very knowledgeable regarding frames and lenses. Summit Vision is awesome, and will continue to trust them with my vision needs.

Horrible client service!!!!!!!!!!
I drove my mom 40 minutes to get her glasses. We came to the door and the person in charge had a major attitude problem said it would be 5 mins and to wait. 20 minutes later we are still sitting in the car. We called and they didn t answer even though they are there. We left a message. It s been 3 days and we have still not received a call from them. Should we still wait in our car for 12 hours? We left after 30 mins. Horrible customer service! I guess they didn t need our $800 we were planning on spending. Waste of time and a trip. I don t recommend this place they don t seem like they know what their doing during the pandemic and don t value hard working clients who take the day off to see them. Never again.

Great care, comprehensive examination and through explanation of treatment options. Will be going back and recommending Dr. Kennedy to others. Working closely with Pearl street vision in Boulder, gives the patient full eye care solutions.
