This school started out great then the administration changed and now the kids aren't even getting taught certain subjects such as science and history because and I quote the teachers don't want to teach this subject because they don't feel like it. The kids going there are also immature and gross also they can be very disrespectful. It's awful and thats why we left Ceasar Chavez because it's just not a school it's like a barn yard. The school is right next to a prison and in a horrible neighborhood that has shootings daily. How is that even safe.

Erselia Cruz Middle School is one of the worst schools I have been around. Kids have absolutely no discipline due to an administration that does not enforce rules. bullying is out of control. Students are crammed into small and very loud construction modules. Administration here was former administration for Fountain Dchool but was "let go" due to the same reasons this school is currently failing at. If you are going to send your student here be prepared for them to having to defend themselves daily.
You mean to tell me that the school will open up to give out a free beanie baby to all students but will remain closed and give the entire school 3 hours to pick up school photos from an off site location which we ordered from the school because of corona virus. This sums up cca.
GREAT EXPERIENCE!! This has been a blessing in disguise - we have four children that have went through the CHPA system. we have had two children graduate with their Associate's Degree and one that graduated with over 70 college credits, all three have entered a university as a Junior! One more child on the way, he will be attending college FREE as a freshman. I haven't seen this type of school system throughout of community and would recommend this school with a 5 star rating.
Only gave a 1, because there is no zero. WORST school ever! Undisciplined kids, especially middle school. Awful administration and councilors are a joke. Would NEVER recommend this school.
