This place is "AMAZING ", even if you have a few minutes it is great to just walk around and browse. Cool cars, and amazing people! Good time, Great gifts,signs,collectable cars, t-shirts! Won't be disappointed!

Awesome store. They just didn't have the performance drilled and slotted rotors for my truck or the Gibson dual exhaust in stock.

Usually love it here, I needed a new intake and it said online it was in stock. Drove almost an hour to find that they dont even have them at the store. Im hoping it will arrive as soon as it can!

Triple check interchange. Sold us rims that didn't fit car. But did exchange them. Just lost time and gas

I'm looking at parts to do a 2jzgte Supra engine in this car it's pushes 323/343 now at 10 psi a lil 16g Mitsubishi turbo timer, boost gauge pillar for all n a boost adapter to change the level at the wastegate which I love that noise favorite sounds 2 ,1 is going up a huge metal coaster hearing that click I ride the back so u get ripped over it :) if ur 2 miles from Akron it's on 76E even from Cleveland or Pittsburgh it's ehh Cleve I'd say 45 to it's on the side of Akron near Kent PGH 1.5 or less hour ya north is it. It's a place you can spend the first half hour in the parking lot the go look at the weekly feature car always crazyfast n beautiful

I can at least right my review here summit rejected it on there site I ordered parts over a month ago and still haven't got the stuff evevery time I called and inquired about the order I get walled and told that there's nothing they can do about it and they ask me if I want to refund I'll never ever take my business

Great guys in the showroom , they always have a lot of goodies on the clearance rack.

Summit Racing is the best. Even with shipping to Canada and Duty, the prices can t be beat. More importantly, the tech advice and product recommendations are always fantastic. Cant wait for the next Summit now to show up on the doorstep.

If this place does not have what you need, they can order it. Don't get me wrong, all retail shops have problems, but Summit Racing autoparts is Top Notch service!

Very nice and clean and helpful employees..also I looked around and I thought they had good prices...i checked around on prices and I saved a lot of money and what they didn't have or stock they helped me find what I was looking for ...my initial phone conversation with them before visiting was with Elton and he was extremely helpful and turned my search into a quick and very affordable experience

God forbid you ever have any issues online shopping with them because when you return your item a month will go by and you will contact them almost every day and never get a response from them the only way to truely do a refund is to do the long paypal process

I ordered from Summit late Monday afternoon/early evening. Their website claims if you order an in-stock item by 10:00 p.m. E.S.T., it will ship same day. Trust me, they do not honor this commitment. I contacted Customer Service since my tracking information has been showing "label created" for the last 22 hours. Customer Service insists it shipped yesterday. It is now 4:00 p.m. E.S.T. the following day and the FedEx tracking information still shows "label created". Summit is blaming FedEx for not updating their tracking information in over 22 hours. What a waste of my time. If you need something quickly, don't depend on Summit to honor their shipping commitments. Don't depend on Customer Service to get you any help either! I will order one from Jegs.

Always fun to go to summit and look at all the eye candy. Staff seemed a little impatient but they were busy and would stop to help you if you asked.

Second time I've been to this location and no one is watching/running the racing department. You have to track people from other areas to find the proper answers. Then at the end of the day the product the pulled for me was wrong!

I go actually for DX Engineering. They carry a good inventory of ham radio equipment.

Hands down some of the best customer service out there. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Prices are competitive. Summit racing rocks!

Have a nice showroom if you want to buy something with their name on it t-shirts, sweatshirts. We called about a battery they said they had it drove for an hour, we got there they said they don't have it in stock it would have to be shipped.

Great parts and not overpriced. Knowledgeable salesmen who are willing to help. Easy to return parts if they are wrong or don't fit.

Had an order it at Summit Racing online and got stuck in the verify process for almost 2 weeks after ship date because item was back ordered. No email, no phone call, they just decided to not process my payment. Terrible customer service. Will not be shopping with Summit Racing again.

Not like they used to be! customer service is impossible to get ahold of. I had to cancel an orderbecause it took them so long to ship a product they had in stock I had received a new debit card and could not get a hold of them to give them the info. All that aside I thought I would give them another chance, this time my order was sent back from UPS to them for damages. I have no idea if I am receiving a new order or what is going on. Stick with Amazon much easier

This store is amazingly interesting..its like a toys r us for adults... I could spend an entire pay check here. Between all the auto parts and the great selection on shirts hats etc... And the toy section. Lol the place is huge. Very clean the staff are very helpful and nice.. The vending machines take your debit card.. They even have a car on a turn table . along with race cars on the wall.. Its well worth going to even if your jyst window shopping.
