I ordered from Summit late Monday afternoon/early ...

I ordered from Summit late Monday afternoon/early evening. Their website claims if you order an in-stock item by 10:00 p.m. E.S.T., it will ship same day. Trust me, they do not honor this commitment. I contacted Customer Service since my tracking information has been showing "label created" for the last 22 hours. Customer Service insists it shipped yesterday. It is now 4:00 p.m. E.S.T. the following day and the FedEx tracking information still shows "label created". Summit is blaming FedEx for not updating their tracking information in over 22 hours. What a waste of my time. If you need something quickly, don't depend on Summit to honor their shipping commitments. Don't depend on Customer Service to get you any help either! I will order one from Jegs.
