Not like they used to be! customer service is impossible to get ahold of. I had to cancel an orderbecause it took them so long to ship a product they had in stock I had received a new debit card and could not get a hold of them to give them the info. All that aside I thought I would give them another chance, this time my order was sent back from UPS to them for damages. I have no idea if I am receiving a new order or what is going on. Stick with Amazon much easier
