Summit Racing Equipment Review

HORRIBLE parts pick up workers. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Customer service you would expect from a lower class auto parts store!!!!!!!

Super pleased with our stop here at the Summit Racing retail store. I had a few large parts that I called for ahead of time to pick up. Something happened when they put it on the computer.. so I had to start over when I got there. From ordering to pickup to leaving the parking lot was all in less than 15 minutes.. and they were packed that day! Best part was due to the oversized parts I needed, they brought them out to our vehicle and helped us load! Big thumbs up for customer service. Would recommend going at least once if you're ever in the area.

1st time ordering parts for my JK. I ordered the wrong size stabilizer shock clamp....Twice!. The customer service in sales and tech support were awesome. Returning was seamless as well crediting me back. Ended up buying a new Ranchero Steering stabilizer along with new clamp and although there was a back order, the parts came early. With that experience, I'm ordering their catalog.

If you're a motor head this is the place for you. Their catalogs are awesome but here you can physically look at and handle the products.

Perhaps a bit pricey but they have a stellar selection of automotive related goods.

This is a very nice place to go and get parts for almost any car. It's very clean inside and has great events that happened during the summer outside like the mustang vs Camaro car show. It also has a very good ham radio shop inside call DX engineering I definitely recommend going there for some of the best radios you can get.

First time visiting there . it was very interesting to see everything they have. If you are a car person I recommend making the trip there. Staff was very helpful and curtiois.

Honestly I don't think I would recommend Summit to anyone. I initially chose to order from them based on some decent reviews I read online and the most competitive pricing I'd seen when I placed my order. However it's almost a month later and my order hasn't shipped. I spoke to an agent after the first date of the "expected arrival" passed and they said it should ship on the new expected date of 7/23. I've been trying all day to get in touch with them only to be left on hold with support multiple times and been left waiting on the text message chat. It's extremely disappointing to have to wait this long for something. I was given the excuse multiple times that due to COVID-19 there are delays. Unfortunately I work in logistics and management and while the pandemic has caused some delays. Almost none of the delays are based around shipping.

I would recommend you look for a butter supplier in your area that would actually care to have your business. Summit Racing doesn't care.

Love this place, it's like stepping into a catalogue. I make trips from KY to PA on the regular and i always stop here to stretch my legs and try to find something j cant live without. They have every kind of performance and regular part you could ask for. I also love how every time I go there are different cars on the rotisserie. The staff is very helpful and friendly and everything is priced nicely.

Rude employees, long lines, and no service whatsoever. At least the price was cheap. The young lady who helped us by putting our product on a dolly and wheeling it to the door was the only good part of the experience.

My boyfriend and I recently purchased a 1970 Impala. He is currently restoring it....customizing it. Summit Racing had NOT disappointed us yet. The staff are always helpful and super nice, especially Cynthia. She s awesome!!! She s such a sweetheart. Always smiling and very helpful. We go in there pretty much every Sunday. She works every Sunday, so over time we have become friends. She is an awesome employee, great customer service, great customer service from all of the staff. I highly recommend Summit Racing to EVERYONE with any car needs!!

Went to Summit for a sign that my husband wanted for his TV Room and office !!! When I entered there was a very nice lady at the who ask if she could help me and directed me to the area in the store where I need to go !! She was very nice !! Went to the check out area and the lady there was super nice ,even asked if I needed someone to carry it out for me !!! Everyone that I saw was asking to help a customer ! Great service !!!

Fantastic experience from the content and ease of use of their website to the in-store service, knowledge and selection. I ordered front and rear brake rotors and pads online. Their website made it easy to check the fit for my vehicle and they had the best price and availability of all the online retailers. Then I went to the store to pick up a brake bleeder kit after checking with AutoZone, O'Reilly's, and Harbor Freight. Summit was the only one who had the vacuum kit I wanted (the best way to bleed brakes) and it was in stock. The sales rep (Daniel) even gave me a quick lesson in how to use it. Overall I couldn't ask for a better auto parts experience. Well done!

Daughter ordered engine with estimated 12 days shipping. Continual delays. Called and told 49 on back order. Continuing to sell a product they know don t have. Rude customer service that does not care. Unless you want to receive an engine several months from now, order somewhere else.

Been building hot rods 40 plus years also worked for them in the 80s when they were on kennedy rd anyone buying anything anywhere anytime anywhere else doesnt care about saving money cause no one else can beat their prices and they stand behind there customers and their products

Summit is our go to place for truck parts for my sons Ford F250. They have reasonable prices. We love to walk the whole store, there is always something new to see. Great place to get gifts for your gear head in the family. They offers personalized gift cards as well. We even got a Summit calender. We like the quality of their t shirts, they hold up well over time. Great selection of t shirts for the car or truck enthusiast. We stop here every time we are in the area.

How does this location ship not only one but going on 2 control arms like this?? I sell parts and do all the logistics for my company in Texas. This is terrible shipping practices. First one in pic is used, or severely damaged from shipping. No bubble wrap, no padding, not even paper in either of the 2 boxes. The Georgia location shipped one just like it through UPS, the ones in pics came from Fed Ex. Both boxes damaged on that one as well, but the threads were OK on the ball joint. This is just terrible. I don't think ill ever buy big components from you guys if that is how you ship these type items. Just awful! This control arm looks like someone tried to install it, returned it, and summit just shipped it to me.

Great place to get the parts you need quick. They also have great car shows in the summer time, you always see something neat when you go there.
