DO NOT USE this company. We could not get one person to help with the return of our deposit check that was rightfully ours as they didn't continue with the loan. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and they won't even respond to them. They will scam you. If I could give a minus I would.
Do not give any business to this company. Not only did they take our deposit for financing, they declined last minute on the day it was supposed to be funded. Leaving us in a very bad position of getting a replacement truck for our fleet. Needless to say we went somewhere else and were funded within a week for much better term and rate. They have not refunded our deposit, over $2,300. Phone calls are not being returned, emails are not being answered. Very unprofessional. Will be filing complaint with BBB as well. Do not become the next victim. Huge waste of time and money, we are a small company and with everything else going on, this is just unacceptable.
Stay away from Summit Commercial Finance if you are a small business owner. I have never been so disappointed with a company's level of customer service, or lack there of.
