Arrived at 3:45 for an hours play in the kids pool. Front building closed?. Website says 5pm closure which we looked up in advance. 15 min double checking information and trying to call the number on the website to no avail. Answering machine says 5pm closure?. Decide to risk walking in to see what's going on and approach the pool side kiosk to be told that the park closes at 4:30 and nobody is allowed entry after 4pm. No signage or notices about changes to park opening/closing times. Complete waste of our time and obviously our child was very upset, but what I didn't appreciate was the point blank, sorry-not-sorry final answer to our questions. Sad end to anyone's day. Would greatly appreciate more transparency.
Will be back but expect better standards for basic level hospitality. And I'm pretty easy to please. I doubt tourists would appreciate it anymore than a local like myself would.

The slides are ok. The kids' main area good and other areas run down. The kiosk is quite... average. .. some staff brilliant, others need to pay more attention to safety and actually enforce the rules...

Great place with water slides and pools. Good for family. However, we booked and paid online prior to attending. There was no time benefit as prebookings were not given any priority.
Limited food offerings at kiosk. Toilet facilities needed to be regularly cleaned. Biggest issue was staff. No one seemed to be happy about working there. They are a hospitality industry and need to engage in some people skills. Staff are not effectively supervising the different areas, allowing people to flow through the waterslides when previous user has not cleared the pool or that they are not sharing the mats on completion of their giant slide. Pools were dirty with sand and debris floating in the water.

We paid $72 for a family day pass to all of the slides - booked in at 1pm per the website requirement. After 2 hours thunder made them close the water park. Heavy rain set in for the next half hour so we left.
The slides were fun but the park itself was quite unkept - the paths were grubby and full of dirt and crud and needed attention. This is pretty important when you are running around in bare feet!
It would be good if we could go back for a few hours to make up for the storm, but alas no warranty.

Great activity for the kids, busy in the morning but after lunch it was much quieter. Seating can be difficult to find, so pack a rug you can sit on under the shade. $2 short change menu was a hit with the kids.

Suitable for all ages (infant to adult). Big slides have a minimum height of 1.2m. We took all our own food and drinks. Good to have a few adults with young kids unless you can keep them in the same area (ours split ways immediately).
