I traveled with you in the Sukkot 2019, family jeeps. There was a great trip, everything went well and planned with the information about the trip with minor changes that were agreed upon by all participants. The beauty of the attractions during the trip, the guide was really good. Excellent explanations and listening to the needs of the group. The local guide on their behalf was also excellent.

We were on a trip to Bulgaria. We were disappointed and didn't want to go out with them. We spent the best of our money and due to constraints that are not dependent on us and the company, put out a guide that has never been to Bulgaria. We were not given the opportunity to decide whether we would be willing to go on such a trip. It was also evident that they were saving money.

We returned from a week-long trip from northern Russia (to the Russian Lapland) with the guide Gilad Telem. The trip was excellent in every way. Small group (12 people) A good organization, from the registration process to the administrative staff without problems. During the trip we were provided with supplies at every stage and everywhere. The connection with the local agent, kola travel is an excellent connection and they complement the local side of the guidance and organization. A guide with exceptional soul and caring ... Highly recommended for those who want to "out of the box" and ready for a trip with flexibility and improvisations.

We were on a jeep trip between two deserts in Israel. The first day was rainy so we started in the Yatir Forest instead of in the Judean Desert, it was fun and beautiful and a point to the credit of the company that adapted the trip to the weather. The accommodation was in Kibbutz Mashabei Sadeh, a place of adequate level but not pampering. We expected more because of the price of the trip per person. Dinner was very disappointing, we dined twice at the Desert Ship Khan near Field Resources, the food was reasonable minus and the staff were nice and hypocritical. They knew how to laugh at us in Arabic and especially at the women. The second evening I was really surprised to go back there. In a summary conversation of the trip I raised the issue that dinner after a day of hiking should be in a good atmosphere and not give a feeling of eat and go human wallets / woman is less than a man ...
The trip in the Judean Desert was a unique and recommended experience, but even when we arrived at the stunning Marsaba Monastery, it was a bit spoiled that a friend came and tried to ask us for money and actually checked out the Dimaxes we were lucky enough to lock up.
What sucks the most was that in the end one of the couples broke the window in their private car because the meeting point for renting the private cars in Lod was in a dirt parking lot without guarding.
Bottom line - a spectacular and enjoyable trip, the guide will be excellent, but - the desert ship is not a place I would return to, to areas C it is worthwhile to go out with security and the place to leave private vehicles should be more tidy.

We recently returned from a jeep ride (indie) in the Pyrenees company in the Pyrenees. The preparation for the trip was very superficial, there was no special match for our group and our wishes (as the company declares), but we got a standard itinerary that appears on the website of the Drift. The route is there, but the training on the use was very superficial and caused a lot of misery in trying to overcome the mishaps, even though the promised support of 24/7 from the country impatiently put us on Zahi who was responsible for the route and use, how long will be tabbed. We had no idea about the length of track we would expect each day,
What he looks like on the map, how much time we should spend on the road. In short, a minimum investment on the part of the company and a feeling of disrespect and carelessness towards us.
As soon as we returned to the country, we wrote to the company a summary with helpful comments and suggestions for improvement, but see it is a wonder, they did not even bother to even address what we sent them.
If you are thinking about any independent trip, our friendly suggestion - Look for a more responsible company to help you in your organization.
