Meh... the staff was very nice although it was pure chaos. Kind of expensive for what it is and they didn't really give me bacon on my bacon and egg sandwich. But they are clean, convenient location, and the coffee tastes fresh.

The salads are great. Prices are about on par with other deli prices and food quality is really good.

I placed my order online and went there to pick up. My wrap was good and the staff was nice. My coworker got tuna and he said it didn't tast good.

Lisa is extremely rude and has absolutely no customer services skills. We order from here each week for delivery and today she called me saying I can't expect a driver to deliver to my door. (As they have almost every week for over a year) Then gave me instructions on how it would be done. Not how delivery works. And basically yelled at me the whole time, was condescending and rude. This lady has no business dealing with people which is a shame because even though this place is good, This is Long Island. There are Hundreds of other bagel places around and for much cheaper. Go to those.
Update: luckily for her, the teenage delivery driver was competent and sweet and specifically said he remembered me from the last few times (even after Lisa had lied on the phone and said it was a new delivery driver and wouldn t know the directions). Give this sweet kid a raise, he may have saved your business with me

This place is always busy but you'll never wait long. Breakfast or lunch you can't go wrong
