As landlords we made the decision last year to put our investment property into the hands of First National after many discussions with Property Managers in Cairns. Our property is furnished so some PMs weren't even interested! I have to say that every dealing I have had with Catherine Boardman of First National have been outstanding. She is prompt and professional in all of her dealings. We've just selected a new tenant for our property and Catherine and her team wasted no time in getting the property advertised for us. I would have no hesitation in recommending the First National team to manage your investment property.

FNCC have managed our property for 5 years now and I can't recommend their services highly enough. They are diligent in the tenant screening process so we rarely have problem tenants or rent defaults and this says a lot given they manage 12 units for us. Regular and thorough inspections mean that repairs are attended to quickly and responses to emails are immediate. If you're looking for someone to manage your property as if it were their own then this is the agency to choose.
