Such an awesome time at reggaefest, great mountain...
Such an awesome time at reggaefest, great mountain and always a blast!
Such an awesome time at reggaefest, great mountain and always a blast!
Few people showed up today. The bus was on point. The ambassador was a little hard to understand. Snow quality was excellent. Lift lines moved smoothly. For $10.50 I wish my chicken strips weren't so crispy. All around an excellent day!
Love Sugarloaf. Condos are awesome. Staff all over the mountain are wonderful and all levels of skiing make it a very nice place to come for a weekend or more.
Great mountain with awesome runs and a great spot to eat and have a beer in the Bag & Kettle. It's the tallest mountain around so it is also the windiest. Bundle up!
Heading up on the Quad Chairlift to see the intense beauty of the autumn colors!! SPECTACULAR
had a good time riding the lift and leaf peeping. nice place. hope to come back this winter and spend a weekend skiing.
Deep I the western mountains of Maine lies this gem world class skiing and winter sports coupled with one of new England's premier gold courses. View, hiking, quaint village browsing. Great get away!!
We were there for the Special Olympics State winter games and we had a lovely weekend!
Lovable skiing experience. The best mountain in the area.
Beautiful mountain. Great activities particularly for kids. The ski school was great. The instructors were top notch. T-bird was old school but in the best way (also he has the best moustache).
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. From the valets, front desk, even the custodian helped my find the ice machine. Great crew
A huge ski area, really good restaurants and super cool staff all over the mountain and around!
My favorite ski resort in Maine. I've been going there since 2000. A wide variety of trails for all levels. The staff all around the mountain are always friendly and helpful
Its a great place to ski and snow board and they have a very nice staff.
We go every year for a golf weekend. The staff is great and the hotel is always clean. Penthouse A is the way to go if you have a large group. If you are going to play golf, bring extra balls. The course is always in great shape but she is a fickell one.
Since I am not a skier, I love to come here to hike. It is especially beautiful (as well as less crowded) during the fall with the changing foliage. I hope to find some more trails next fall. Hopefully, the next time I go down I will stay longer than one day.
Fans didn't work in the bathroom. Customer service was horrible. The food wasn't that bad though, but I can cook better then what I had there
The king of spring never disappoints not matter what month of the ski season.
Best Ski Resort in New England. Excellent terrain and vert, unrivaled fun mountain vibe
Awesome mountain, well maintained, nice folks, great snow
The main reason to go there is to ski and the skiing is great. They work around the storms with great grooming and the employees were all helpfull and friendly .
Lot's of good places to eat but I would avoid Hunker Down. A well done burger doesn't mean burnt and the fries were extremely salty. There were not many people there and now I know why. Go to the Bag.
Gorgeous views, fun activities. We stumbled upon the mountain by chance on Homecoming weekend and had an amazing time!
Having a great time up here on the mountain for the 2017 special olympics!! All the staff and volunteers have been absolutely amazing!
This course is so spectacular I really couldn't care what score I had on the last hole. An absolute must play.
Place was busy, lot's of shop's and places to eat. Condition were great for skiing and snowboarding.
Very outdated and pricey. Though they are one of the only places around so I guess prices have to be high
As a rule, take good protection and receive skiing class to take advantage of the trip.
It's a good mountain if you want a more family oriented terrain and terrain for all levels.
We walked in the lobby and it was very cozy. Will walk in again.
Going back!!! So friendly!!! Good service...wonderful!!!
Excellent terrain and challenge. Weather can be severe - suseptable to cold and wind but fun if you're prepared.
Such a friendly place for big mountain skiing. Looking forward to a great season.
Awesome conditions. Amazing views. Only wish I had more time to cover the breadth of terrain!
Beautiful fall weekend at Sugarloaf. The Inn is great to stay at. Try the Panko Crusted Chicken
Worked here for four years. Great people great skiing. I will forever call it home
Best big ski resort in New England. Can be busy on weekends but the sheer size of the terrain makes it easy to dodge crowds. Great variety of terrain and difficulty means there's something for everyone at the loaf
Quickly becoming one of my favorite mountains on the East coast. Consistent snow fall. Friendly staff. More terrain than you can cover in a single day of skiing.
Well worth the 5 hour trip up north from Boston to experience this.
Side note: best lodge coffee on the east coast too
Awesome place. Great skiing. Shuttle driver was terrific ambassador to this resort. Great first impressions!
Great resort, no lift line waits, very good conditions
I confess. I have been a Sugarloafer since 1978. That's 40 years of brand loyalty. Why?? I love the hospitality in Maine. I love the skiing (obviously this time it was the hospitality alone). The folk are appreciative, engaging and fun. LOTS of services available even in the down season. If I was taking an outdoors vacation? I'd hike, bike, swim, kayak, canoe, golf, 4wheel, and laugh my way around Sugarloaf, dodging the moose!
Just go. It's a GREAT part of North America.
Good times. We went on Maine citizen day os the tickets were only $49.
Best ski area in ME, maybe New England! However, location makes this an overnighter.
Had a couple of issues but the staff took care of them right away. It was a great time had by all. Hot tub outside was the size of a swimming pool. So many ski trails to try, it was a lot of fun.
Had a fantastic week at Sugarloaf with the annual NYFD. Found it to be beautiful ski resort staffed by the most polite and helpful staff ice ever encountered . Looking forward to coming again next year
We love skiing at Sugarloaf. Even when the weather didn't cooperate, they have lots of other things to do.
I have skied sugarloaf many times in the last 25 years . Great terrain and great atmosphere. ..
Great place to stay. Perfect access to the mountain!
I would have given this a five-star if it wasn't for a bouncer at the Widowmaker. Which was the bar upstairs in the lodge. My friend had to grab her jacket she even said that she wouldn't mind someone coming with her she would be 2 minutes. Instead they made her wait half an hour until enough people got in. Not only that but girls inline saw what was happening in offered for her to go with them to get her wallet with her jacket. The bouncer wouldn't let her go with the group of girls even though more than enough people have exhibited by then. She wanted to prove a point at my friend's expense. When it was finally okay for her to go up Karma the mail bouncer there felt bad and said sorry because she was literally right back down in less than a minute after grabbing her wallet. If it wasn't for such good music during the day, and awesome shredding and good times with good friends, I wouldn't be back on that experience alone. Other than that though it's a great Mountain!
Great skiing experience, the whole family is bound to enjoy it. There is even a ski school for kids who do not yet know how to ski!
Excellent service! The staff worked hard making a special event a success
Best skiing in Maine. Trails are groomed well and facilities are very nice. Great rental options as well as ski lessons. 10/10
I've had a few week-long stays at Sugarloaf now, and all of them have been wonderful experiences. The skiing, the staff, and the food is all fantastic. Would definitely recommend and come back.
Such a great mountain, the feeling of skiing down the mountain on clouds with no one around you and the ability to do what you want..for it be good slow, shred the trail, off trails, or bringing the family and teaching your kids how to ski. This mountain is amazing and is well worth the trip and cost. Would highly recommend for a ski trip to Maine.
Awesome awesome!!!! Super nice people! The mini donuts are amazing
Hands down number 1 ski mountain in the East ya heard.... NOT for wussies but plenty of easy terrain for beginners. Getting up there is a trek but once you are in Carrabassett Valley..... skier's paradise...
Very friendly staff and super fun place! Everyone is helpful
Very far north but a wonderful mountain. Especially on powder days
