There was powder!!! I happened to lose my keys and security was very helpful. They helped me unlock my car so I could go home. I spoke with guest services and security to make sure they knew I was missing car keys. Let's hope I find those and I can return for some more powder!
One of the largest ski resorts on the east coast. Typical east coast style skiing with lots of lifts and many narrowish trails. Often one of the snowiest mountains in new england, especially after a good north easter. Long drive from boston, which helps keeps lift lines shorter, but not much of a night life.
The service was Fantastic, great location on the mountain. Loved the hot tub. The Valets are awesome the lockers were helpful.
Rooms are kinda tiny, but comfortable. Can't get a better location at the base of the slopes, service has been spot on and everyone is very nice and accommodating. We have never been to Maine before...it was exactly what we were looking for in a vacation get away!

Waitstaff provided exemplary service
The head chef came to our table offered a warm welcome.
This is an experience I will recommend on more than one occasion.

One of the most beautiful places I've ever been. The views are amazing! Restaurants and locals definitely make this a place you want to return to.
Great mountain. Some trails are more advanced than they say, but lots of variety.
Very friendly staff. Great food at Bullwinkle's. Reasonable accommodations slope side. The did a great job of getting the hill up after a rain event the day before we arrived.
Terrible Hotel! Do not recommend. Service and management are awful. Was billed for an extra night without a resolution. No valet service or any type of to help with luggage when we arrived ate evening. Food is really bad without any real healthy options. Rooms were loud with a prom party going on outside late night. No security. The monopoly it holds is the ski lift proximity.

Their response was simply damage control. I contacted them after my review and of course there has not been even the slightest response as they stated. Don't buy their insincere response.
We had several issues we needed addressed and the front desk staff was awesome in helping us out. It was a great experience.
Great snow and great atmosphere in the lodges and restaurants on mountain.
Skiing was awesome but the donut place closed an hour early. Should stay open until the closing time written on the door.
Been Skiing this mountain since 1979 and it never disappoints. Worth the trip worth the journey

Mountain biking trails are absolutely incredible! The bike is fantastic as well.

Had dinner at bag and kettle was a good option as alot of places are closed up this way mon-wed
We had snow so it was amazing. Really good Backcountry. Only thing holding back the 5th star is not having the burnt ridge cats running, but you can't fault them for the weather.
