Christine was Excellent!!! Was without a doubt the best pedi I've had!! The staff were all so nice! Will be coming back for sure!!!

I love Tiffany, Jill and the ladies at Suede Salon! Very accommodating, scheduling is a piece of cake. I needed a hair color correction as a result from another salon and the girls here brainstormed and worked together to find the best way to fix my color without damaging my long curly hair. Can't wait to return for more hair fun!

This place is awesome! I always look forward to going to this establishment and getting my haircut. Not only is the staff extremely friendly, but they have enormous amount of talented hair stylists. They also have a beautiful section that offers complementary delicious coffee and fresh pastries. I can honesty say I can't imagine going anywhere else to get my hair done.

Took my first appointment here this weekend... They followed all the safety protocols and have very safe environment... Got set up with Hair stylist "Sheryll"(forgive me -not sure of the spelling) for a hair-cut... She did a great hair cut and it was upto my expectations... And I also got a chance to have my first ever Pedicure in my lifetime here and I opted for their signature pedicure... "Lea" was the stylist whom I was seeing that day... She was just awesome and my feet felt really good after the pedicure... If there anyone who still hasn't tried Pedicure, I would suggest pls schedule a Pedicure session nearby immediately... You got to try it, it's just awesome...

1st visit to this salon. Went here because of the reviews. It was a 50 minute drive each way, which I didn't mind but I did not like the service and was not happy with my hair either.
When I first got there I waited in line, then I gave my name to the receptionist and she didn't know who my stylist was and asked me who I was seeing. I had one girl coloring my hair and one girl cutting it. So I gave her the two names, thank goodness I put that down in my calendar when I booked the appt. I was told to have a seat. The girls were very unprofessional behind the desk. Talking back-and-forth about their personal lives in front of the customers. I waited a good 20 minutes, finally someone came and took me back but then I sat there for another 10 minutes before my stylist came. When she finally came, she treated me like a number. I had a consultation scheduled before my appt, so I could talk to her and show her a picture of what I wanted. She looked quickly at the picture and then starting doing my hair. I told her I wanted my hair a very light icy blonde, no gold or brass. My hair turned out horrible! My roots were orange and my hair was gold. I was so disappointed! I spent over $200 for it and it looked like a bad at home bleach job. When I told her my roots looked brassy and my hair looked gold, she said next time we will leave it on longer. What????? Next time? The girl that cut my hair was very nice and did a great job with the cut, but the colorist and receptionist area were horrible! I will not be going back!

Amazing color by Daniella exactly what I was looking for and my blowout by Chelsea was great as well! I have naturally thick curly hair and she blew it out it record time! Always so happy everytime, Suede never dissapoints!

My experience with Sal at Suede was the best. He took so much time explaining to me what and why he was going to cut my hair the way that he did. He did an absolute excellent job. He is a true artist. He looks at your face and the shape of your head and cuts accordingly. I could not be happier.

I ve been going to this salon for years and am impressed with the high quality of the salon and spa services, great people who work there and outstanding service experience. Just exceptional in every way.

Business must be very slow here because they did not tip their DELIVERY DRIVER for their lunch!! Steer clear of this place!!! I mean dont order delivery if you cant pay for delivery, especially with the pandemic. If you do come here, remember dont tip them since they aren't going to be needing that money to tip!

Like the rest of America, I was WAY overdue for a haircut and so made an appointment with Suede as it was nearby and easy to reach. I went this past Thursday afternoon and was not disappointed. Everyone was incredibly pleasant, and they are offering full services while practicing the proper measures. When I arrived, I signed a waiver, had my temp taken, and was instructed to wash my hands. I then got my shampoo and conditioner and scalp massage (thanks, Veronica!) and then was taken to get my hair cut by Niki. She was wonderful - professional, swift, precise, and really cool. I left the place a happy gal and looking good! I'll be back for sure!

Love this place. Moved here 3 years ago and was lucky enough to be scheduled with Donelle. She is AMAZING! Love my color! Ask for her if you go! Moving to San Diego and I will miss the staff as all are phenomenal!

Couldn t help but give 5 . Went here yesterday for bayalage-type color (with Jamie) and haircut (with Jen) and I couldn t be more happy. First time I have ever left a salon feeling like my hair was perfect. They both nailed it- and I couldn t be more happy (and I m very particular)!! I ve definitely found my forever salon!

I ve been seeing Tori since fall for my balayage/highlights and she is a great colorist!!! Not knowing the first thing about hair personally, she has always been honest about the process to go blonde/how much it will cost me. I recently got highlights for the start of summer and I have gotten so many compliments on how light my hair has gotten. I would recommend her to any of my friends or family members, in fact my sister has started to go to her for color as well! Thanks for making me a blondie Tori!!

Very, very unprofessional and downright hostile owners, and we are uncertain if this salon is following Covid regulations. The atmosphere here is like that of a petty high school with overaged working women in Alex and Ani bracelets- with way too much attitude and not nearly enough class or skill, which is not really surprising because you're out in South Jersey at a place trying to pass off as high-end when it's really not. This is definitely not New York City.

The seat I sat in was dirty with some hair and something that was stuck to it. They also overcharge without telling you they're doing "treatments" as I believe someone mentioned below. I didn't ask for one during my washing and was given and charged for one.

Furthermore, my colorist was handling me and a client who needed a cut and dry at the same time- this is strongly advised against during the pandemic.

Hard pass if you want good, non-overpriced service and to stay safe during this time.

I was dissatisfied with their costumer service. One girl tells me one thing, and another girl tells me another. I wanted to refund two hair products: not open, not used, and had the receipt. I called on the day I got it and asked Amanda, "What is your return policy?" She said, "As long as it's not open/used, you can return it and we'll give the money back." I live an hour and a half away. Since I just got back from there, I wasn't going to drive and hour and a half again the same day. So I called again to verify if they can return the money back to me and the second girl Michele said, "We can only return store credit for hair products." I'm a working student with minimal wage pay, and these hair products were expensive. I only bought them because my hair was butchered by them in the first place. But when they fixed the texture of my hair, it turned out that I didn't need the products. I kept begging to please refund me because no where in the store did I see their return policy and no where online was their refund policy was found. When I spoke to the owner, she said, "Come in and get another hair product for a lesser price and we will pay you the difference." So I drove an hour and a half (I live in AC) back to the salon, and did just that. but the product I chose for a lesser deal was still quite pricey (even though that was the cheapest one I could find). -.-

I've been going to Suede for years I always get compliments on my hair. All the services are great! Professional and talented staff. They know what they're doing. My advice is go you'll love it!

I enjoy going to this Salon. Stylists are good, place is nice and people are friendly. I like my cut and color. Good experience.

You need to go see Courtney for your haircut or formal style right now! She is amazing! She is super welcoming and friendly. I first met her when one of the receptionists recommended her for my wedding formal style. I had never went to Suede before this and I was looking to book the salon for myself and my bridal party on my wedding day. I instantly liked Courtney when I first met her for my bridal trial. She was very attentive and made me look even better than my hair inspiration picture. I knew I had to go back to her. I booked my entire wedding party for hair and makeup at the salon. My girls and I all looked amazing! Courtney did such an amazing job during my bridal trial that I also booked an appointment with her for the day after my wedding to get my haircut. I have had long hair my entire life and I wanted it all cut off after my wedding. Courtney again did an amazing job! I even had a complete stranger compliment me on my haircut. I have never had a preferred regular hairdresser but I do now! I will definitely be going to Courtney for my haircuts from now on! Also a shoutout to Penny for doing my mother's and my make-up for my wedding. She did an amazing job and the makeup easily held up all night long!

I followed my stylist Liane to Suede. If she was moving, I was too! I am so glad I did. Every person who I have had services with has had the highest level of professionalism. I adore this salon so much, that my twin teenage girls now get their hair done there...even more often than I do! Every Christmas we look forward to our gift certificates to Suede from my husband.

Great customer service! Liane is the best at her craft. A true professional in cutting, styling and color. She has the most accomodating assistants. Other services are top notch.

3 haircuts recently, my kids with Kim V and me with Joanna. All 3 cuts were great. The colorists and stylists at Suede are awesome.

I had to return/exchange some hair paste that was defective and they were really accommodating and helpful. I'm very pleased to see this level of attention to the quality of service they offer their clients.

Please stay clear away from this SHAM of a salon!!! If looks, esthetics and appearances are your thing because it's in the Promenade Sagamore in South Jersey then so be it. But let me tell you, looks are deceiving! I have thin, medium length hair that was previously lightened using the bayalage technique and I do not understand how this hair color and cut that I requested cost me $397!!!!!!!! The hair colorist, named Tara, was not upfront nor did she disclose pricing with me. She mentioned this was a fantasy hair color in casual conversation but never once advised me that there was an up charge!!!! She just kept tacking on charges on my bill. What the hell is Fantasy hair color? I, being an innocuous client never bothered to ask nor did I think I would be charged for it! How is it fair to charge a client for a different type of hair color? I have never heard of such a thing!!! Any reputable salon would not be so dishonest with their clients. I have never been taken advantaged of in this fashion in all my years of getting my hair professionally colored and cut. They don't really care about their clients, all they want is your money! I called several times about my complaint. Several times when I called from my cell phone, the phone would ring and never connect to their automated answering service and then my call would drop. I called with a different number and I was connected. They obviously were filtering out phone numbers from angry clients!!! I had to call several times to reach a resolution regarding this matter because Kim (the manager) did not follow up with me. After Kim spoke with the colorist, Tara, they said the charges on my bill were justified because of all the product that was used on my "Asian" hair and all the time it took to process the color!!! They said that the color that I chose was outside of normal or natural color so they charged for a "Fantasy Color". The color I wanted was a very subtle brownish pink hue. I did not request purple hair. I sat there from 2pm and left at 5pm so I spent 3 hours. I have always spent approximately 3 hours in a hair salon for a color and cut so to me that was not out of the norm for me. Gloria, the hair stylist, charged me to curl my hair, when I didn't ask for it. It was offered to me because they were taking before and after pictures of my hair. The owner of Suede, Nancy, recognized that Tara should have been upfront with the cost so they refunded me only $60! Apparently, there has been other complaints from other clients. They refused to refund me for the "Fantasy hair color". I would advise anyone to stay away especially those who have darker or "Asian" hair who wants to have a non-traditional hair color to go elsewhere!!!

Friendly and accommodating front desk staff! Kristen is the best for eyebrows!!! She never fails me!! Such a down to earth person too! Been going here for years.

Daniella is the best colorist I ve ever had. She is amazing. She listens and advises me in the right direction.

Dyan is an amazing stylist. She is excellent at what she does.

When I called for my first hair appointment at Suede, I was asked questions about my hair. The reason: so that one of their talented stylists would best be suited to work with my hair type.The front desk made me feel comfortable; friendly yet professional. I was greeted and introduced to Joanna, the best hair stylist I have been to in ages. She knew exactly what was best for me and made great suggestions. I have never walked out of a hair salon happier and more confident in my appearance and my smile showed it. I felt wonderful! Joanna is extremely talented and has a great personality.I can't wait for my highlights!

Suede Salon and Spa is by far the best salon in the area! I am always treated to the highest quality service. From relaxing hair washes to excellent color consultants to blowouts and updos, the salon is truly a relaxation haven. I also get nail services there as well and no matter who does them, they always look amazing! Check in and out is convenient as well.

If something is ever a problem, it is ALWAYS rectified. This is so important. The ownership stands by their services at all costs.

Poor customer service. I had scheduled an appointment for a color and cut/blow out. After my coloring, I had waited TWO hours for a cut. Apparently, my stylist had scheduled another client for a baylage. My stylist did not check on me, nor did any other worker, and I myself had to grab a manager. The manager only put me with a new stylist and then left the store. I was charged full price and my color turned out way darker than I asked for. I recommend going to a different salon in the area- way too overpriced for awful service.

Best Salon in town - wonderful stylists, colorists, nail technicians, massages and facials. Extremely clean and newest products always available. Highly recommend this salon!

Been going to suede salon for the last year and it s been the best experience! Dome hooks it up every time with a cut and color! With this new normal the salon goes above and beyond with their precautions to keep everyone safe. The salon is CLEAN, the staff is FRIENDLY, and the experience is AMAZING. After a bad experience in a previous salon, I took the recommendation to go to Suede. Donelle was able to fix my color and give me the look I was after! She went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. She knew exactly how to go upon fixing my color and even explained how she she was going to do it. Kelly fixed my cut, and it was the best hair cut I've had in years. She knew how to interpret the vision I had. Donelle and Kelly are great assets to your salon. I can not wait to come back!

Heather Sharpe great colorist especially if you are a blonde. Penny is always there to answer my questions about skin care products. She's also fabulous for eyebrows & facials. Very nice ladies at the front desk. I really like going there. I've been to all of the high end salons in the area and I'd give Suede 2 thumbs up. Plus I really like how they have monthly specials.

I have been getting my hair cut by Nick Rebecca at Suede for many years. Nick is great and all the staff is friendly and accommodating. I won't go anywhere else!

When I showed the colorist what kind of hair color I wanted, she straight up told me that I wouldn't look good in it. That made me wonder,"Is she just saying that because she can't do the color? Because every ethnicity that worn this color looks good in it." I gave her several pictures. And if she could make my hair turn out like anyone of the pics I showed her, I would've appreciated. But my hair didn't come out like anything I showed her. My hair looked so ratchet! And she didn't even style or blow dry it for me! Worst salon ever.

Fantastic place. The whole staff is wonderful, and Melissa, my stylist, is a pro beyond belief! I am not going anywhere else. Looking forward to trying some of their other services too.. I am due for a massage!

Had two friends (who cancelled upcoming appointments after their recent experiences) and several other people tell me the same horror stories about this place that I went through, including problems with following COVID-19 guidelines and unapologetically overcharging by HUGE amounts.

The worst part is this salon THREATENS and intimidates clients who want to keep themselves and others safe during COVID-19 when they see questionable practices. Their employees use EXTREME profanity and scary personal telephone attacks on customers. It is incredibly unsafe and worrisome. If anyone would like to learn more about what an unsafe and scary situation this salon placed my family and I in, please message me.

Avoid this place if you want to place your trust and money in reputable and safe colorists and stylists.

The manager Kim here is very hostile, unpleasant (as another reviewer mentioned earlier) and needs to be reported to the BBB and take a course on basic public health safety and professionalism. Disgusting and shameful.

Ronnie is the best. He always is so meticulous, can t say enough good things about him! I ve tried many high-end salons, only to be disappointed at the end. I followed Pina to Suede from her old salon - I would follow her anywhere! I have had lots of cuts over the years, with lots of stylists, - Pina is by far the most talented I've ever experienced. She takes pride in her work and makes sure you are 100% happy. Suede is lucky to have her!

Went in for a haircut only had a shampoo and ended up paying 69 dollars and my hair doesn t even look that great. I m just very disappointed. I didn t even get it styled or anything. I will never go back.

Had the absolute best experience at Suede today. I called this morning for an appointment and came in later in the afternoon for a basic haircut with just some long layers etc. Upon walking in, the front desk was very friendly to me and told me my stylist, Lindsey, would be right with me. Lindsey was so nice to me and gave me an even better haircut than I could have expected. Overall, I had such a great experience and will definitely be back to have Lindsey do my hair again!

Best hairdresser (Suzan) and colorist (Heather). I've gone to many top salons, but these two are the best in their field.

I've been going to Suede for years now for my hair and nails and occasional massage. They do it all! The staff I come to see (especially Leanne) is fantastic. I even drive up from Williamstown as I don't want to go anywhere else. :)

Suede Salon had my face as advertisement for a makeup segment on Fox 29 News. My face was on their social media promoting the segment. I happened to find out when the news channel posted my image as a teaser for the live segment. The artist Danielle attempted to replicate the look on the live news segment. Never did I give any consent (written or verbal) for Suede Salon to post my cropped water marked image on their Instagram to promote anything let alone for them to have my face on the news. My face is the face of my business. I ve never even heard of this salon until they were on the news promoting. I researched them online afterwards and found my face on their social media. They immediately blocked me after I commented about my face and work being used.

Highly recommend Suede Salon! I have a fear of haircuts & salons, so I haven t even had a trim in 3 years. I m ecstatic to have finally found a salon that I trust. Meghan did a flawless transformation on my hair color (first time EVER coloring my hair) and Becky listened to me wanting to keep my length but get rid of the dead ends, she did a perfect hair trim. I m in love with my hair even more now!

I have been having my hair cut here for years, easy location, lots of other great stores here so you can plan other errands. It's in the Promenade shopping center which is rated highly. I have stayed with Courtney for as long as I've been coming here, she's really great! Shop is clean, well organized & they're eager to help you with whatever your needs are. They offer many services, their website is complete. Also have coupons throughout the year, a major plus.

I have been going to Andy at Suede for over two years and will not allow anyone else to color & cut my hair. He is so talented, I just let him do what he thinks would look the best and I have never been disappointed. The entire staff at Suede is friendly and professional. Love it.

Have been a client of the salon for 7 years. I have been seeing Aimee, Meghan and Alexandria, they are all amazing! However, the salon itself has sneaky pricing policies, so be very careful. I just got charged almost same amount for a partial as I pay for a full head. I thought this was a silly misunderstanding, but the salon manager was quick to shut me up. She gave me BS reasons for why I have to pay so much for a tiny, in-between-visits touch up, and made me feel embarrassed for even bringing this up, so I just paid and left. I just think this is an odd way of treating your regular customer, who has been coming in for same exact treatments at your salon with same exact stylists for many years, and clearly knows how much each treatment costs. And once again, this review has nothing to do with the stylists, only with Kim, the manager. The stylists will always have a 5-star rating from me.

Have been going to Suede Salon for approximately 2 years. I have never come home and said I didn't love my hair or hair color. More importantly I love just as much when I wash and style it myself. Love my stylist Kimi and colorist Daniella....they never disappoint!

Suede is my "Special place" namely, Cassie, my special angel who really makes a difference for me. She has the perfect color for me and the best haircut I've ever had. Always welcoming, the team at the front couldn't be nicer. Always helpful. My experiences at Suede have always been 5 star. A very comfortable place to go.

recently got my hair done today(1/24/21) and was informed at the end of my session that a blowout was by appointment only. I walked out the of the salon with wet hair after talking to the manager about how I couldn t even have some money taken off after I paid over $150. I was told it was going to be an extra $50+ just to get my hair dried because, Kelly, the stylist did not have a hair dryer. I came home not knowing the results of my hair until I blow dried it and became even more upset. I did not get what I asked for. The foils for the blonde on the bottom of my hair did not even appear. I did not get my money s worth.
