Poor customer service. I had scheduled an appointment for a color and cut/blow out. After my coloring, I had waited TWO hours for a cut. Apparently, my stylist had scheduled another client for a baylage. My stylist did not check on me, nor did any other worker, and I myself had to grab a manager. The manager only put me with a new stylist and then left the store. I was charged full price and my color turned out way darker than I asked for. I recommend going to a different salon in the area- way too overpriced for awful service.
