Amazing! I only wish I had gone sooner instead of suffering 2 weeks with nerve pain thinking it would go away. The doctor was super professional and very knowledgeable. They fit me in same day. Dr. William Garrison has a special gift. I was suffering from pain due to two bulging disk in my neck and two herniated disk in my T Spine (mid back). Best Chiropractor I've ever been to. I have done some weird things to my ribs and lower back over the years and they have always fixed me. Never, not even once have they tried to make me come in for extra treatments just to make money. Both doctors are excellent and the staff has always been very kind and respectful.
Dr. Glenn is wonderful! Everyone was friendly, appointment was quick and efficient, and I literally left there without the pain I came in with! (Their decor is super cute and relaxing, too!) Can't recommend them enough!

Dr. Garrison is absolutely amazing. His staff is so kind, caring and hard working. They can get me in the same day for an emergency. They are quick too. I never wait long, usually right on time. The doctor is very thorough and he is great with babies and kids. I highly recommend them! I use to go to another local doctor who was great but so busy and I felt rushed and had to wait so long. This doctor never rushes and they get you right in. If you have a baby with gas problems bring the baby in. Dr. Garrison is honest and told me it was a 50/50 chance an adjustment would work for the gas. I took the change and thank you Jesus it did!!! I am so grateful and blessed to have found these people. I wish I knew about them years ago but am grateful for them now. DO NOT WAIT AND GO THERE NOW!! Take your kids, the whole family and get an adjustment you'll be so happy you did and your kids will love the office!!
I was there around may 1, and was charged 185 $ for "new patient fee" when I have been going there for about 15 years. Was in and out in 20 min. I called to talk to someone about my charges and asked for the doctor to call me back so I can see why I was charged so much. It has been 2 weeks and still no call from anyone.
Went here to fix my twisted ankle, the doctor was very nice and the receptionists are friendly as well. Very good energy and highly professional. I feel amazing now and highly recommend you come here if you need a chiropractor!!

After four months of suffering with neck and shoulder pain, I made an appointment with Caring Concepts. They were able to get me in the same week. I met with Dr. Garrison for assessment. He requested a copy of an x-ray I had recently had done as to not have to bill my insurance for another. He did take an x-ray of my neck before he performed any adjustments. It was my first time with a chiropractor and I felt completely comfortable. I slept through the night for the first time in months. The alarm had to wake me up. I keep asking myself, Why did I wait so long? Thank you so much to Dr. Garrison and his amazing team at Caring Concepts. I highly recommend their services.
I love my chiropractor Dr. Garrison is the best chiropractor in my book so far I have a very bad back and there's certain moves on me that only he does on me that he doesn't do on any other patient because they don't have the problems like I do I might be tiny but he's not afraid to push on me and that is what I like about him

Consistently the most caring, accommodating, efficient, (beautiful lol), and skilled staff! Once again they provided MAJOR relief from my back injury. The massage therapist, Ashley, is truly therapeutic. You want a massage that gets to the problem & fixes it? This is your place. Huge difference from spa type massages.
