Worst company, went for the interview and it went ...

Worst company, went for the interview and it went for 4 hours. Took multiple rounds and finally told me after 2 days it's a fitment issue (why did you call me for the interview, screening should be proper and also fitment to be checked during first screening call not after taking multiple rounds).

Hello job seekers in HR Recruitment, Talent acquisition.

Never go in this for the interview, they people's are taking so much time for interview coordinations.

SACHIE PAHUJA is there into SENIOR Hr , she is muchh attitude and very arrogant in nature..... She thinks, only she is best , candidates is fool..... She took your first f2f round, she don't want to select anyone, just giving arrogant looks only.

If you are going for recruitment profile or any senior profile they will not asking anything related to your profile. Always asking questions from here and there or bla bla bla.... So they can reject you easily.

Unprofessional people: L4 guys are sitting on Mana...

Unprofessional people: L4 guys are sitting on Manager position but professionally they are just behaving Recruiters with lot of attitude. They hire seniors but treat them like a freshers. Putting infants on seniors for supervision and really shock that even HR is not ready to accept this. Well, its not HR fault atlast they have to secure their job too.
Yes, this is good only for freshers.
Yes, Mr. Girish is positive but at one level only as he also need revenue from his L4 team members.......

Very unprofessional, lack of knowledge of Interview process. Its my advice for you guys that screen the resume of candidates before line up the interview
And be active in response or giving feedback to candidates.

I personally suggest, please do go there for the interview why I'm saying this , they don't need person's in there company , so much aatitude in HR team expect MEENU KHURANA.

SACHIE PAHUJA is taking care of interview there.... But really she don't need person's in company, just taking interview of candidates in rejection mood only......Also asking questions which is not related to your profile.....it means they just doing time pass to call & lineup candidates.

Although internal infrastructure is good there ,I went on floor also.....but don't go there for the interview ,it's good to go somewhere else......
