Reliable and thorough work with great customer service!

Last June I had 3 roofing companies give me estimates for a roof replacement. Messing had the lowest price. Seven weeks later my new roof was installed. Because I had a single story home, they were able to complete the job in one day. They did what was promised and when promised. The work looks very nice and the cleanup was excellent. I am very pleased with Messing and highly recommend them.

Messing Roofing was a wonderful company to work with! They were able to get my roof on quickly, when I faced an insurance deadline. They came back to check their work after it was all completed, and redid a small part. They replaced the screen in my screen door when it was accidentally ripped by a piece of roofing. My roof looks great, and I would definitely recommend Messing Roofing.

It was a big job. I have a large roof, and the old shingles has to come off. Messing brought a large crew and did the job in one day. I was very pleased! I have found very little on the ground, after they left. I would certainly recommend them to anyone that asked.

Messing did a complete replacement of our roofing shingles, they did an excellent job, were courteous, and left the job site very clean.

Messing has done a great job fixing some roofing and gutter issues that another company did previously. Very reasonable in price and they do a great job communicating during the entire process. Highly recommended.

Over priced. Got about 6 quotes and they were the highest. When I told them that, the guy wanted to argue with me and bad mouth the competition.

Update: 12/23/19: So on top of all the other issues we had, now a couple months later we are getting a debt collection from their supplier because THEY DID NOT PAY THEM! We paid Messing IN FULL in October, but apparently they decided not to pay for the supplies. And now because of that I'M being taken to collections for an extra 3k because MESSING DIDNT PAY! Absolutely ridiculous that I have to go through this, especially right before Christmas!! NEVER EVER AGAIN!! And the owner tried to get me to change my review after the original one. Yeah right. Horrible company.
We'll not be using them again. The customer service is some of the very worst that I've ever seen. If it weren't for that I'd leave a great review because the roof does look nice, and the people that did the actual work on the roof itself were friendly as well. But the ones in charge and in the office....well, they leave much to be desired. Phone calls were never returned as promised; we always had to chase them down. I had to hold back payment just to get a call back about an issue and then he wanted to get loud with me on the phone. So yeah, never again. Customer service (or lack thereof....) says a lot about a business.

Messing Roofing did a great job replacing our roof. It looks great!! They were very prompt coming out to give us an estimate and efficient in getting us a quote and returning our phone calls with a few questions. I would recommend Messing Roofing.

Overall, our experience with Messing Construction Company, Inc. was notable. Preliminaries, such as onsite inspection and estimate were on time, professional, and thorough. The job started and ended on schedule, with a minor delay due to excessive heat. The crew was prompt, courteous, and diligent. The price was fair and comparable. We were disappointed with post-job clean up: downspout extensions and basement window well covers not replaced correctly, and hand-fulls of roofing nails and other debris washing into the yard during the first hard rain after the roof was complete. We called to log our concerns, which were received courteously. We will consider Messing for future jobs.

Our experience at Messing Roofing was excellent. They were responsive, prompt and very professional. We knew exactly what they were proposing to repair on our two damaged roofs and they helped us through the process of dealing with an incorrect roof damage evaluation from our insurance company. Upon re-review by an independent agent from our insurance company, it was confirmed that Messing Roofing had made the correct evaluation. The quality of their work and clean up at the site was superior.

Messing did a great job reroofing my difficult roof. It is probably a 6/12 pitch on top of a 2 story home with a full attic. The workers were constantly aware of safety as evidenced by using full PPE. While the job took longer than we all expected, I'm extremely happy with the results. The communication with the team was excellent as well.

We had a great experience replacing our roof with Messing. We worked with Zach and he was very professional and helpful with all of our questions. The roofers who completed our job were also very professional and were always on time. Everything was cleaned up once the job was completed. Our roof looks great and we would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Messing does good quality work. There was an issue with the building supply company being paid timely but once addressed the issue was taken care of and resolved quickly.

Messing was amazing! I called to get a quote on the removal of 3 layers of shingle and new install and had a write up in only a few days. The best price of 4 quotes! I signed my contract expecting a spring roof replacement. They called on a Friday mid-December and the work was done by Wednesday afternoon! No debris left behind, a beautiful new roof, and a peace of mind provided by a local company who stands by their work. Also, they were dead on with the estimate!
