Bought our house in May of 2019. Everything went fairly smooth. Refinance option came around we could significantly drop our mortgage rate. So, our mortgage broker reached out to my husband only which bothered me to begin with. The house was in both of our names why wouldn t I have been involved in that discussion? Then I asked about what impact it would have on my credit score. They told me it would only drop a few points according to their credit simulator. Well it was more than a few points. 19 to be exact. I wouldn t have refinanced if I knew that it would have that significant of an impact.
Stay clear of this company and success Mortgage !!! They already took off my review this morning. So I m posting it again. That s how unprofessional they are!!! There s plenty other bad reviews, and the other ones they don t like they try to erase and throw under the rug. Like they erased mine earlier this morning.
Tyler Stinson from own up cheryl Hale and Madonna Blanchard from success mortgage. As other reviews have shown, these people are scam artists, they try to slide things into the contract that are not in the buyers best interest. They were completely unprofessional from the beginning, missing paperwork that we already sent them. They were late on the PNS, then by an email that I wasn t supposed to see, they screwed up the appraisal and tried to blame it on us. But because I had that email that wasn t supposed to go to us, they had no way to lie about it. Then they sent my private information to a third-party without my authorization, which my lawyer is handling at the moment with a lawsuit . Then they were late with the mortgage commitment, which basically lost our $12,000 deposit. We had everything that we were supposed to turn in, and because of their ignorance and trying to blame it back on us is why I need to make sure it doesn t happen to anyone else again. but I m sure it will because that s what these people are. Scam artists.
Then they wouldn t return phone calls from success Mortgage once we found out it was their screwup , then Tyler Stinson Stopped returning our emails and calls because he knew he screwed my self and my family out of a home/mortgage. They are completely unprofessional!!! Stay clear of owning up and stay clear of success mortgage because all they will do is screw you over !!! We had all our paperwork, we have excellent credit scores, these people do not know how to do their job.
Started off great with our mortgage refinance, as we opted to change from Assurance to Success. Now it s been horrible. We are on day 67 of our loan refi process with them.
No communication unless I ask for it.
Our credit and finances are great. So it s not us. We ve submitted every document they have asked for.
I was told an appraisal transfer was being completed and documents sent to underwriting 10/22/2020. Didn t hear a thing until I emailed them. Heather Lagge, our loan officer, told me they ve had issues with the appraiser and previous loan company. So I contact them myself, and they both say they haven t heard anything from Heather (true or not, I don t know). Seems like the ball is somewhat rolling now that I am involved and bothering them. However, it shouldn t be my job to make sure their job is being done. Can t wait until this process is over! I m starting to lose faith!
Makes me nervous they re in charge of my life for the next 15 years (unless they sale it to someone else). Fingers crossed.
I had a very smooth and professional interaction with SMP during my Refi. Easy website to upload documents and excellent communication the whole time. Never felt that I didn't know what was going on or that my questions were going unanswered. Closing was easy and COVID safe. So very glad I didn't go with my local bank. Absolutely would recommend them.
Well I close today and they walked me through the whole process Jason Sprague is really at the top of the game I am really happy with him Gary regish Melissa and Sierra also Kimberly they have all really went above and beyond along with Nicole I only knew her at the end there during the final signing but they kept me informed throughout the whole process it's not easy buying a home and they made it really easy and I am very happy with the work that they have done. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking to purchase a home. Thank you guys and I hope you get plenty more business to come.

More like Failure Mortgage Partners. Nightmare refi process. -Locked in rate mid July -Had to send docs/statements multiple times -No follow up on status -Sloppy closing docs having to revise 5 times (wrong escrows, prepaids, fees, payoff balance, etc.) -Sent notary to our home with incorrect docs -Schedule notary the second time with no show because CD not ready -No phone calls/emails throughout the process unless you chase them
You're lucky the rates are in your favor and drive volume of deals so you couldn't care less to lose a customer.
As of today, we still don't know what's going on with our loan.
