Terrible service staff never washes hands very dirty. Worst place ive been food born illness waiting to happen

y'all got the other subway outta of business down the street

The after 4pm promotion was not a great experience.

Employee was helpful and polite but they could clean the countertop where they made the sandwiches more often.

Jus wash your hands after you take care of every customer. It's not a request it was told to you in training. And yes you wear gloves but I'm sure training told you about cross contamination. This is why you was your hands before you touch the gloves. And dam who hand the job to cut the tomatoes today I wish I took a picture I jus leave it to your imagination.

The one on east main and Barnum ave have a very clean place and fresh food always. The new staff are great with customers.

If you have any issues, Cat, is the person to see. She will help you anyway she can as she is allowed to. (Bosses right?) Respectful Habla Ingles y Espanol. Employee changes have been made due to complaints made. The owner receives complaints made & acts on them with reason. If you have had a bad experience before you should give it a try again.

Went to this place for lunch. The friendly worker Cassie was very pleasant. She made my sandwich made to order. The bread was nice and fresh. The meat was packed on and the vegetable toppings were fresh. Thank you for an excellent experience.

It's been so long since I had a great deal on food and drinks. This is the best place to go to.

The manager Terrance he s really rude and does not have costumer service at all. I really had a bad experience.

I love it they are excellent pleasant and the eat in very tranquil. A must visit.

When I went there the employee who was making my sandwich was talking way too much with this other employee in the back and tbh ,I think his saliva fell in my food, the funny thing about it though is that when I was walking out subway a homeless man was asking if I had money but instead i gave him the sandwich tbh i dont see nothing wrong with because theyve probably even eaten worse.Moral of the story , dont go there! People dont pay attention and arent doing the job right!

I did a order online and go pick it up they didn't have my type of bread and she was so rude and told me oh well eat I get home most of my order was wrong

This is a nice subway I was short 4 bucks and the employee said don't worry about it

Is okay all depends where u go like the one in Bridgeport is better than the one in Stratford

Both girls on phone head phones with friends gossiping also talking & gossiping about people with each other very rude & rushy felt very uncomfortable.. order was made wrong wasn't paying me any attention worst service I ever received..will never come back . The one in Stratford and downtown is way better service

Always clean & friendly staff. I always get my sandwich exactly the way I want it. I've never had a bad sandwich there. (I've had that happen a few times in different locations). I'll keep going to this location.

The worst customer service, rude employees, Cat and her co-worker both provided nasty attitudes and would not provide us with a water cup or allowed us to use the restroom.

The manager was very disrespectful towards me an my friend just because we couldn't get our sandwich the way we ask for,because he wasn't listening and then we ask for a refund.

I ordered lunch through their website and it was packed very nicely and ready for me. The service she was so sweet and very nice! This was awesome thank you !

The employees need to have more enthusiasm. But over all the sub's were good.

I read that they close at 10 PM I was there at 940pm and they told me it was close so what is the real time to close

manager crissy is rude and unprofessional as well as lazy she prepared food without first washing her hands. as i communicated my needs as well as discontent for her attitude i reminded her that the consumer is always right. at this she became aggressive and threatening in her tone and conversation i refused to patronize this establishment. the consumer should always be treated with the utmost respect no matter the situation. after all the consumer is the source of the employees and managers income. manager crssy need to be retrained in consumer relations as well as consumer satisfaction . subway food is great but the experience with this manager left a bad taste in my mouth, i served my country proudly in the face of adversity maybe she could do the same for her company. this is a poor representation for such a fine company.
