I enjoyed working for the company it was fun . Got fired by the manager that was trying to have sexual relations with Me.. crazy after I didn't want to talk to him I got fired a week later. The pay is 7.75 after a 30 day probation period it's 8.25. The pay is not worth the hassle

This company is terrible! You're promised 40 hrs a wk and u will not get it! If there is no one calling for sales "supposedly" you will get sent home. You basically have to raise your hand to use the bathroom. They will ask where are going. If you're an adult you should be treated like an adult. There are no breaks and if lucky u will get a 15 min lunch. This company makes so much money, but we are slaves working for 8.25 an Hr. Make sure you follow the script and rebuttal or u will get fired. U cannot talk to ur neighbor next to u even if you're not on the phone. You will get in trouble more than likely fired. If you don't want to live day by day and get treated like a kindergarten and have to raise ur hand just use the bathroom, this job is not for u! Plus, don't be Creative follow the script. Fyi. Unless you are truly desperate for a paycheck, do not work here. The owner seems to think she is the master and you are the slave. Your life does not matter, only theirs. Sick kids, death in the family? You get one day off and then get your self back to work. They try to make some campaigns fun, as though certain ones pay a commission, but you better believe they will find a way to take it away. I've seen people get fired over the stupidest things. Watch out if they start calling about 15-20 people in a room one-by-one. That means it's firing day. So by the time the 3rd person is called, you already know what time it is. And through it all are expected to keep doing your job while your are on pins and needles not hoping they don't call your name. I should have quit long before I did.
Don't even waste your time. The worst company that has ever existed. They want you to slave for that $7. But they're making millions. Then the owner wants to call you a liar about everything you say. Refuses to change your schedule even after you show them paper work saying the times you are approved for daycare for your newborn. Just a bunch of bs. I feel sorry for everyone accepting this awful & dam near unlawful place of business. You gotta be the most desperate person in the world to accept the disrespect that these managers give y'all. If you are not good at trying to sell stuff for people you need not apply. If you want to work really hard for little pay you need not apply. if you want to leave with a headache every single day, you need not apply. they start everyone off with 7.75/hr. for the first 30 days. When all the rest of the jobs are starting with at least minimum wage which is 8.25/hr. Do they know that is under minimum wage. i think they do, they are just so cheap they want to start you off with the lowest pay as possible. they want to keep all the money for themselves. If your wondering if that is legal??? According to them it is legal by law. which if you ask me it is a bunch of Bull#*@!. I HATED IT AND I DON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE WHO IS HARD WORKING apply. you will be wasting your time.
Unless you're desperate for money and can work 40+ hours a week, do not work here. Management is too strict and very unfair. I had to miss a day because of a funeral and they not only scolded me for it the next day, but they gave me a warning strike even though I had called the day prior to be excused. Also if you're not the persuasive type who would be good at making sales, you won't get a raise as easy as they say so you'll be stuck making minimum wage with a very busy and stressful schedule that's just not worth it.
I worked here some years back. This company is B-U-L-L-S-H-I-T. Do not waste your time.
