Staff Emily is so nice, patient and professional. She has tons of knowledge of features and specs of lens, frames, coating.... so she helped me picking the right options that fits me so well! For example, I love the blue light coating that she recommended to me! It makes looking at screens a lot less tiring! She is not sales-y and really keep customer s best interest in mind! I will go back again soon!

The easiest eye exam and glasses prescription I've ever had. They got me in for a same day appointment and I had a really cute pair of glasses picked out less than half an hour after I walked in. It then only took them about 3-4 days to have them ready for pick-up. I've never had such a smooth experience in this process before. I was very pleasantly surprised! The staff is friendly and helpful, I will be back for next year's eye exam!

Love this place!! Will never go anywhere else! Dr. Willinger is the best optometrist in the area! The staff is knowledgeable, professional, polite and fun!

Great customer service. I stopped in as I was on vacation and they were able to look at my prescription through my email and fill my order within 10 minutes.

Unfriendly doctor, zero personality, only cares about money

I walk into this office to get a glasses and a Contacts for my daughter........I didn t have a good experience with this doctor from the beginning ...when I left this office I was feelings that something was not right about the prescription she gave to my daughter
After my daughter was using a prescription contact this doctor gave to her she was feeling a lots of Headache

I decided to get a second opinion... I make appointment with another doctor ... the results of the prescription was completely different from this doctor

Please don t go there she don t know what she is doing.

With the pandemic going, I scheduled my appointment online and I called to different places nearby me to check prices for eye exams, as I planned to do self-pay and this location had the most affordable price for me! Today I came for my appointment. Dr. Rhonda Willinger was great, I was her patient for many years. She answered all my questions and informed me about my eye progress. As I received my prescription and headed out the door to the other room to choose glasses, I asked if I can try on glasses without mask on so I can see what looks good on me and what does not. There were people browsing frames and when they left, I had my 6 feet distance to take my mask off and try on different types of frames. Excellent Customer Service here, honest feedback on what looks well and what does not. When I found the right one for me with the options I chose. After placing an order, I was happy with the service I received today!
I would recommend this place to anyone that needs their eyes checked and an updated prescription. I will come back !!!

Had a great first time experience here. The staff and Dr were all very friendly and helpful. The selection of frames was great, even though the store front looks so tiny. Bought a really cute, unique pair of pink & clear vintage frames, as well as a basic pair for the work week.

I have been going to eye doctors since I was 8 years old. Over 50 years!! In Bedford, Boston, Burlington, and three offices in Acton. This place is, simply, the best I have ever experienced. Doctor W. Is professional and personable, and even fit me in for a same day appointment when I had a case of Zoom floaters! My complicated, very myopic, astigmatic prescription is finally exactly right. The opticians placed my progressive bifocals perfectly and helped me unearth a funky pair of glasses that were perfect for me. All of this while exerting no pressure to buy; they just seemed eager to match me with well fitting frames. Emily is a professional; knows her stuff but so warm and able to connect with my son and with me. Finding Studio Optics was like finding a hidden treasure. Stuck unobtrusively in with Trader Joe s and Staples on Route 9, it is gold!
