She always makes me feel like a million bucks when I m done. Great place!

Very disappointed in the customer service I received from here. Studio 285 advertises walk ins and I have always been turned away, so I made an appointment with Megan weeks ago for a men s haircut. I left work early today for my appointment at 3:00. I waited for an hour and eventually left. Megan was told I was there and I was given a wait time of ten minutes. After a good while, she finally walked up and assisted a lady who had walked in 30 minutes after me. I understand my haircut doesn t make anyone a lot of money but my time is still valuable...

Extremely upset. After getting balayage done several times and the colors never coming out right I dyed my hair back to its natural dark brown. After all the bleaching from the balayage my hair was dry, brittle and breaking so bad I came in today to have it cut. I went to a different stylist this time hoping she would listen to me....showed several pictures of how I wanted and stated several times that my hair HAS to be at least long enough to pull back into a pony tail. Not only is my cut no where close to what I asked for and the pictures I showed, I can t even pull all of it back!! Not only can I not pull it back, it flips out and I asked several times to have it cut so that it would not flip out. I am beyond frustrated and upset. Now I have to wait months just to get my hair long enough for a pony tail. I have spent hundreds at this salon over the last few months and now today I paid for something I didn t even want and absolutely hate. Why it is so hard to actually listen to a client? She didn t even ask me if I liked it, just walked me to the front to pay. Thanks again for giving me hair I hate.

The place is gorgeous and vast, and the staff are so nice.

This is my 3rd visit to Studio 285. Each visit has been wonderful from the moment I open the door. The staff is caring and quick to offering a beverage as well as let your stylist know you are there. The stylist are prompt at getting you in a chair as well. Once in a chair, my stylist, Whitney, is amazing! She listens to you what you want and has the ability to help you decide if you re unsure about what color or style you want. Overall, I love coming to get my hair done by Whitney as I know she ll be able to help with the process and I know that the staff will be ready with a glass of water or wine when you sitting and waiting for the color to process Coming here as been the best experience I ve ever had at a salon.....ever.

Where do I even start... Phenomenal!! Great atmosphere and excellent prices. My mom and I started going back in April and we will never go anywhere else ever again. Whitney is a miracle worker, 10/10 recommend her!!! I had pitch black hair and now I m blonde in a matter of a few months and have received endless compliments through the whole process. She reads my mind about what I want for my hair before I can even put it into words. She s an immensely talented hairstylist and overall just a fantastic person.

I couldn't be more thankful for the work that Brittany has done for my hair. I couldn't do life without my extensions! Cleanest, friendliest, most well kept salon in the CSRA!

Amazing place great decor and highly trained stylists

This was my first time going here and I was able to get in right away for a hair emergency. Anslie was so helpful and so professional. She turned a botched color job into a miracle honestly. It looks amazing and is healthy again so I would highly recommend her and this salon. I will definitely be back!

Tristen is hands down the most amazing stylist I have encountered!! First time at 285 and I was not disappointed. I called in the morning to try to get a haircut (after arriving in town for a family emergency and missing my own appointment back home). Tristen worked me in between scheduled clients but made me feel like I was her #1 priority. She was incredible and I recommend her to everyone!! Well done girl! I only wish they gave an option for 10 stars!!

My mom recommended this salon to me, and I am incredibly happy with my new hair cut. Britany cut and styled my hair but all the staff in general were super friendly and welcoming. The salon is beautiful and I had a throughly enjoyable experience here!

I had my first hair appointment at the Atlanta location today and it did not disappoint! LOVE LOVE LOVE! Dalton is awesome and did a fabulous job on my color and extensions. I don t know why I didn t start coming here for this years ago! Cute salon, everyone is friendly and they are definitely the very BEST! I would refer Dalton a million times over.

Jordon did an amazing job, and it took the exact amount of time allotted. I have long/course hair and within 35 minutes it was trimmed, blow dried, and softly curled. First time I ve seen someone able to do that to my hair, make it look professionally done, and not need to wet it one time. Exceeded my expectations! Highly recommend this beautifully decorated and clean salon!

If you're looking for a professional who cares about her clients, and salon please look no further than WHITNEY. I had completely left Studio285 after being disappointed with the professionalism of one of their other stylists. Whitney caught wind that I'd left and encouraged me to give the salon another try. I adore Whitney. If you're looking for a pro. She's your girl!

Heather did such a great job with my color! She was very professional but also so easy to talk to. She is very detailed with her work and takes her time. I would highly recommend her!

Great place with great stylists. My stylist does a great job and very personable. I moved from Texas to Evans and could not find a good place and this was recommended to me so I m doing the same to those reading my post. Great place and I recommend Nina for men s haircut as what I get. She also does women. Love this place.

My husband got his haircut here and really appreciated how Jordan took her time to cut his hair just how he likes it without taking too much length off, he also appreciated how they didn t make him feel rushed in and out like other nearby haircut chains do!

Nearly 8 years ago I quit going to my then stylist, and was searching for a new salon. I wanted to be somewhere that felt current in knowledge, and luxurious in style. Studio 285 had everything I was looking for, but beyond that was the star of it all, owner Brittany Harrington. Reading about how Brittany had trained in LA, and how passionate she was to learn new techniques, I was sold! Sitting in Brittany's chair was one of the best things I've ever done. I've gotten numerous compliments on my hair throughout the years, and it just keeps getting better! Brittany, and all employees of Studio 285 are constantly taking classes to improve their skills, because they want to be the best. If you want elegance, if you want to feel pampered, if you want the same people who have trained in Los Angeles, who have done fashion week in New York to do your hair, then be a #285Girl!

I do not recommend this Salon. I tried extensions for fullness for the first time and they were a nightmare. I later found that they were just not installed properly and they did not match the color to my roots. The glue was very visible and so embarrassing. People actually told me I had something in my hair... Because they could see the glue from the extensions.
I also asked for balayage and had to go back three times (being charged two of the three times) for them to fix the color. The end result was not balayage at all and you could barely see a difference of color in my hair. I should not have paid the amount of money I paid for the services I recieved. I wasted A LOT of MONEY at this salon.
The salon looks really nice and upscale, so I had high expectations. However, after going to this salon a few times to achieve one result that I asked for initially, my consensus is that the stylists need more training and the salon is overcharging for services that are not up to par.

I have been following studio 285 on social media and fell in love with their style and ability to do extensions and color. I finally decided to give them a try and all I can say is I wish I had gone to them years ago. First off the place is gorgeous and a one of a kind here in The Augusta/Evans area. You will love the look and feel of this salon.

I have to admit I was a little nervous at first because I have been in salons before where I didn t feel welcome and it seems pretentious but this wasn t the case at 285. Brit and staff were great and treated me like one of the family from the moment I arrived. I had cut, color and extensions and was only there for 1 1/2. They look amazing and I couldn t be more pleased.

I highly recommend this salon to everyone. You won t be disappointed!!

Studio 285 has set the bar very high as a state of the art establishment with the very latest equipment. No expense was spared in the creative design making it an absolute gorgeous salon. They have several lines of hair products including Kevin Murphy and Euphora. Brittany Harrington and her staff are great - if you have not tried this salon - you definitely should.

I got a half leg and brazilian wax from Jessica. She was super friendly and made the experience extremely pleasant. Neither wax hurt at all (home waxing is torture in comparison) and she was extremely knowledgeable and willing to share her knowledge and waxing experiences. I highly recommend visiting Jessica for all your waxing needs. I will definitely be back!

Today was my 1st appt with Whitney and she is amazing! From changing my brassy
Blonde to a beautiful combo of highlights and lowlights and then updating my cut...she was fabulous! She took great care and time to answer all of my questions and concerns and I can t wait for my next appointment!

Brittany is THE BEST hair stylist in all the land! Her team is always warm, friendly, and welcoming and are all very talented hair experts. Not to mention that her new salon is a gorgeous, upscale space with a laid-back vibe...it s always a treat to get my hair done at Studio 285.
