Very disappointed in the customer service I received from here. Studio 285 advertises walk ins and I have always been turned away, so I made an appointment with Megan weeks ago for a men s haircut. I left work early today for my appointment at 3:00. I waited for an hour and eventually left. Megan was told I was there and I was given a wait time of ten minutes. After a good while, she finally walked up and assisted a lady who had walked in 30 minutes after me. I understand my haircut doesn t make anyone a lot of money but my time is still valuable...
