I am giving them a 1 because 0 is not an option. My daughter was not able to try on any dresses because the girl kept giving attitude and refused to get the dress from the back. Ended up leaving so her and her friends will look elsewhere for their dresses. Thanks for horrible service!

Better to have an appointment to have one on one attention. Weekdays Jan-Feb are the BEST time to try on gowns. The place is very small with a very Large selection they pull from the stock room for you. They are costly but what dream prom dress isn't.
Irena is the alterations seamstress they have on duty, who is phenomenal. Note: a second appointment will be made for alterations, and there is a completely separate charge for any and all alterations.
Yes all sales are final.

Love this place I found my daughter a beautiful dress for her formal....The people there are so nice and helpful... We walked out happy and smiles on our face. I will definitely be going back

If I can give it a zero I would, but unfortunately I had to give it one star.After driving almost 2 hours from the Monmouth County area I wasn t sure if the dresses were new or used that are on the floor. When we asked to try on some thing we saw online we were told they are new dresses and if you don t love it you can t try it on. I can t imagine how they stay in business like that. Their selection was very old fashion in my opinion. Don t waste your time, look elsewhere.

Your website stated your open till five but as we are trying to come look for dresses we called because we got lost at 234 and the person working told us your closed. Maybe update your website so people done waste there time

The people are very very nice. My daughter and I didn't find a dress here but the people were helpful. If you're a thicker girl I wouldn't recommend going unless you know exactly what you want and you know they have it. It's not a place for a bigger girl to try on multiple dresses. They do have beautiful dresses though.

Lot of dresses. Did not have the dress I was looking for despite having a picture of it online.
