Every UNC Tarheel Souvenir you could want. Parking is atrocious though.

What a great school book store, has three levels. Get all your UNC gear and garb. Even has a book store on third floor with a post office attached....can spend hours here

Generic Barnes& Noble combined with UNC logo items. Much pricier and less local-flavor than the bookstore was before selling out.

Not sure of my experience with the young man watching me as I shopped and all. I guess not so great. I didn't steal but he sure thought I would. First time there and last time there.

I left this store in tears because of the way I was treated and spoken to. I had a misunderstanding, and as I was explaining the issue, the girl in the textbook department kept smirking about it and interrupting to argue with me. She spoke to me like I was so far beneath her and my issue was so insignificant. I continued asking questions to the gentleman beside her, and she kept interrupting me to say over and over that they could not sell me the textbook nor could they suggest another option. This is now months after my original order date. Also, their plan was to NEVER notify me that my order would not ever be fulfilled. Upon entering businesses, I expect to be treated as the employees equal, but that is obviously the last priority here.

So much amazing UNC paraphernalia, anything that you could ever want a UNC logo, "Tarheel" or "Rameses" slapped on. I feel like I'm doing pretty well as an attorney, but I still feel the same visiting now as when I was a student here: this stuff is SO expensive. Thank goodness for Walmart.

Books and clothes are all overpriced and run by corporations. Way to sell out, UNC.

This wad my first time going to the store. I thought these whole concept was really cool. These stars because we went to the coffee shop part, and they couldnt make anything hot....? I get things break but if you're going to charge $150 for a cup, there needs to be someone who can fix this or backup. It didnt help it was cold and raining the whole day.

Small store, limited selection, but it's part of the university bookstore so you shouldn't expect much to begin with.
