I left this store in tears because of the way I was treated and spoken to. I had a misunderstanding, and as I was explaining the issue, the girl in the textbook department kept smirking about it and interrupting to argue with me. She spoke to me like I was so far beneath her and my issue was so insignificant. I continued asking questions to the gentleman beside her, and she kept interrupting me to say over and over that they could not sell me the textbook nor could they suggest another option. This is now months after my original order date. Also, their plan was to NEVER notify me that my order would not ever be fulfilled. Upon entering businesses, I expect to be treated as the employees equal, but that is obviously the last priority here.
