Should have never spoken to them and agreed to repay a CHARGEBACK ON COMMISSIONS paid to me years ago.

I am not angry because I had to pay this back - I am VERY ANGRY THAT THEY LIED ABOUT IT NOT AFFECTING MY CREDIT REPORT.

They reported a LATE PAYMENT ON MY CREDIT REPORT when I was TOLD that it was NOT going to affect my credit report. LATE PAYMENT?! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!

I didn't know at the time that California's statute of limitation is 4 years.

I should have told them to go to H*LL!

You try and do the right thing and they screw you anyway!
