Great find in Kaohsiung! Had some comfort foodie biscuits with gravy, a real treat after being outside the US for 6 months. Staff and owner are all very friendly. Would recommend!

A not too eye-catching shop, the interior is completely sloppy, very American style, the main point is that I come to find Mexican rolls, after eating, it really has a foreign taste, let me reflect on the time I studied abroad It feels that, by the way, the owner is also an American. Although the taste is unfortunate, 100% of that taco taste, but 90% is there. Be sure to order the meat sauce to taste the authentic taco.
It is a pity that the space is really small, but the service quality is not sloppy.

It is rare that Kaohsiung has a normal American burger. Although hamburgers can be simple to anyone, but Kaohsiung still has to rely on a good old beauty to offer, much better than other bunches of American-made homemade but thin flat artificial flavors. The environment is quite beautiful, but the smoke is not good, the drinks are ordinary.

First of all, I want to say that the boss is really nice and takes good care of everyone. But, we ordered a lot of meals, the taste is not too strong or too strong, but it is light to no taste...not suitable for the taste...the price is high...
The only thing that is delicious is the hand-made chocolate ice cream!

Loved the food,the owners, the atmosphere and their hospitality. Really great place. It's a different cuisine than your average American Diner but was delicious.

The food is delicious and the atmosphere is relaxed, but the fume is a bit heavy, I hope to improve it after changing to a new location.

Everything is great, just that the cooking odors annoyed me, I hope it would be improved soon. Apart from that, I had a great evening, the staff were very nice and helpful, the food was also wonderful, definitely would visit again.

On 5/3 (Sun), I enjoyed a rich and delicious American country-style brunch with high school students,
Aftertaste the scrambled eggs in the iron pan with large amount of ingredients and rich CP value again,
And the white sauce with unique taste and flavor feels better than Sigi brunch.
Now the space moved to the new store is more spacious and comfortable,
It is a good place for many friends to have a brunch or American meal together.

Stopped by and got a pulled pork sandwich. It was great and had a twist with a fried egg. Also had the home made pecan pie made that morning. Great freindly owner and staff.

Authentic South American cuisine, fried chicken and bisji must be tasted. The homemade bisji tastes similar to Sikang, no matter if it comes with bacon, sausage, hamburger meat, fried chicken, white sauce, it will not be strange!

The fried chicken breast had a lot of juice unexpectedly, the portion was big enough and the fried skin was also fragrant!

If you have the opportunity, you should try the farmer s breakfast. The combination of Bisji + white sauce + sausage bacon + sun egg, you can eat for a whole day.

However, the taste will be too salty for Taiwanese. It is recommended not to eat too salty.

Went here for lunch and loved it. The atmosphere was relaxed and the owner was super friendly. The food was delicious and it felt like I had eaten real American food for the first time in months of living here! Definitely will be back!

Good old hearty "local" American food. Great value and great service. Owner made us feel welcome. Great place to watch live football, college or NFL.

Really delicious food, really comfortable atmosphere. I enjoyed being able to chat with the owner and respected what he said about maintaining high standards. We had biscuits and gravy and a skillet as our first meal of the new year, and I think that started us off on the right foot. Looking forward to another visit soon.

American south meets Taiwanese south. Biscuits and gravy, pulled pork, sloppy joes, tater tots, chicken and waffles, and more await. It's a great place to get your fix.

The local American flavor, the portion is moderate, and an adult male can eat enough. When there are not many guests, the boss will occasionally come out to greet each table and has a high tolerance for noisy children.

Burger was very good and finally a place to get real chilles. Wings overcooked though, kinda burnt. Lots of mosquitos inside the restaurant too.

During the visit, the indoor seating was limited. I arranged to ride the downstairs seat and wait for the table. I didn t expect that when the indoor guests left, they could not change the table to the room because they were booked in advance. After a while, several groups of guests arrived. They all went indoors, but did not take the initiative to ask whether to change the table, the service attitude needs to be improved. The signature Bisji is much larger than KFC, but the taste and taste are not as good as expected, but the price is much higher (from 60 yuan). The apple pie wins by weight, and the materials are practical. The taste is simple, but the price is not cheap (120 yuan / piece). With these two kinds of snacks, Kaohsiung should have a better choice.

Great southern food in the Heart of Asia. Reasonably priced. The service is good and the atmosphere feels like a country diner in the South Eastern USA. The owners are friendly and will talk for a bit if it is not too busy. The staff is eager to please.

I've been there for breakfast and dinner. The dinner was quite good with authentic flavors and sizeable portions. It was a bit pricy I thought for a dinner in Taiwan but not absurdly so. The breakfast though was a night and day difference. Both my wife and I found the breakfast food for some reason very bland and rather boring. I'm from country cooking land in the US and just found breakfast disappointing.

The coolly decorated restaurant, the unique taste of the meal is simply a delicious new world. It is not an American-style meal that you would normally eat in Taiwan. It is very tasty from the main meal to the sweets! good to eat!

The staff is friendly and the owner especially, so the people and decor make for a nice atmosphere and dining experience. The food is good, although I wouldn't call it spectacular, so I have to dock the place one star for the pricing. Perhaps its due to the scarcity of western owned and authentic western flavors, but considering the price you can get for the ingredients from the market that go into the typical dish and the minimalist flavor, the place seems a bit overpriced. Its tasty fat, salt and sugar seasoned, food-coma inducing western fare, and if you're willing to dish out a bit more for brunch, swing by this little spot in an unassuming alley.

LOVE this place! A perfect place to enjoy delicious, authentic American food! Chili, great burgers, pie, waffles, pancakes, tea etc. Very friendly owner as well.

This place is paradise for expats who want a taste of home. I've been on the road and away from my home in America for a bit now, and I was feeling a tad homesick. I was surprised to find Arkansas Diner not too far away from where I was staying, and after giving it a try, I can safely say that it is the best American food I've had outside of America. In fact, this place would still be a great place to get a bite to eat even if this were located in America.

The owner came over and we chatted-- he was a very nice, friendly guy who really seemed to care about his restaurant. (He's a Texas A&M fan, but I won't hold that against him.)

I especially recommend the Pecan Pie, anything with their Buffalo sauce, and the peach tea. Oh, and get a root beer float if you can too. Seriously great atmosphere, good service and amazing/authentic food. Full recommendation, and I'll be coming back the next time I'm in Taiwan.
