My son didn't bring a form home from picture day! I live chatted w/ Katrina and within seconds she had my sons ID for me to order pictures. Excited to see the quality. I am hopeful this will be a great improvement or the previous provider!
I am very impressed with their customer service. When I received my digital download, my daughter was off centered. I did the online chat with representative Tameka. Tameka was so helpful. The issue was resolved right away and the digital download was resent. I am super happy and thankful for Tameka's great customer service.
Meghan was very patient dealing with my "dad" moments. and so she did not make me feel embarrassed for not knowing the correct terminology of the picture sizes. They have really great options. I would like to suggest a feature that would allow us to see the background with our children's pictures so we can make a better choice based on color blend. Yeah personal request for a basic package that includes 1- 8x10 and 8-wallets (3x5... Yes learned that today ) Thanks again EVERYTHING was GREAT EXPERIENCE.
I contacted Strawbridge to find out how to order photos of my son's photo session. I made contact with Marilyn online, and she was friendly, helpful and even a little patient when I lost my chat window with her. I highly recommend Strawbridge and their agents. Very, very helpful!
While I do want Strawbridge to look more closely at the orders that come in and keep them separate if they are separate orders (such as divorced parents or separate households) they still unfortunately seem to merge orders based on the student - not the order.
I had a great experience working my issue out with Tameka who was quick and delivered me answers and a resolution quickly! I highly advise anyone to take a breath, remain calm, and have a chat with the customer service folks here if you have an issue - Tameka made it very easy for me to figure out who's pictures were who's - and she also identified an issue with one of the orders - and ordered a reprint for the other party involved to get the correctly ordered background. Great customer service! I recommend trying the live chat option on the website. I realized that I was a photo short in my son's recent school photo package. We were able to resolve the issue in less than 10 minutes. I was told to keep a lookout in the mail as I should be receiving the picture soon. Top notch!
