While I do want Strawbridge to look more closely at the orders that come in and keep them separate if they are separate orders (such as divorced parents or separate households) they still unfortunately seem to merge orders based on the student - not the order.

I had a great experience working my issue out with Tameka who was quick and delivered me answers and a resolution quickly! I highly advise anyone to take a breath, remain calm, and have a chat with the customer service folks here if you have an issue - Tameka made it very easy for me to figure out who's pictures were who's - and she also identified an issue with one of the orders - and ordered a reprint for the other party involved to get the correctly ordered background. Thank you Tameka!!
